You must first determine the meaning of Christmas! The symbol of your dream is the tree. It obviously is a major representation of your understanding of the dream, for it is called a "Christmas" tree! The numbers running down.......8, 7, 6, 5, and so on represent time running out. You are unable to discern the very end of time but are able to see the correlation between what seems to be the importance of the season by the numbers that are rising in sales. To understand the TRUTH about your dream, you must find the meaning of Christmas and what it TRULY represents. You are on the right track by focusing on the time numbers. Your lifting your head to see the last 3 numbers represents looking up to God for the answer. You sill be able to discern the TRUTH and understand by looking up to him. You do realize that the sales numbers have nothing to do with what is important to your spiritual search, yet it explains the underlying theme of this world as it presently exists.

Look to the WORD for your answers! A good place to start might be Jeremiah 10. Idols represent the worship of false gods and Jeremiah 10 is a good chapter on it. The symbology is incredible of todays deception that is taking place.

Do a search on the internet of the historical beginning of the word christmas. Also look into why the date is used for celebrations when Jesus was not even born in the winter......... read Luke 2. Especially verse 8. The shephards would not be tending their flocks in the fields in the middle of winter in Judea!

Also read Luke 22:15-19. What did Jesus tell the desciples to do in remembrance of him? Is there anything about a celebration here?
