Hi:
> > "To Marilyn Agee: I respectfully
disagree with your study of Christ's Conception and Birth
> > Marilyn, You and I are coming from the study
from two different
perspectives. I am using a scientific study to verify
Christ's conception
and birth. And this is from a scientifically re-created
calendar going back
to "fix" the error with the Hallel issue when the
calendar was skewed.
Jesus was conceived on 9/11 3BC. Using the
www.bethlehemstar.net data, it
ties to the torahcalendar of Christ's conception. And
then he shows from
there that Jesus live birth was on 6/17 2BC and the
wise men found him on
Christmas 12/25 2BC. Going back to the torah calendar,
this day of Christmas
was the 4th day of Hanukkah and it ties to them giving
Jesus gifts as He is
in the center of the lampstands (menorah).
Thanks so MUCH for the link to the Torah Calendar. It
inspired me to make new chart using it and a few other
sources. This is my most accurate chart yet,
inspired by you.
Of course, you can believe what you want. Our salvation
does not depend on understanding these dates correctly.
However, I disagree on Jesus being conceived on 9/11 3 BC
and his being born on 6/17 2 BC. You will see why in this
new chart. There are a lot of things we should take into
consideration.
DATES OF JESUS'
CONCEPTION, BIRTH, AND CRUCIFIXION
MAJOR CLUE
Luk
3:1,23: "in the fifteenth year of the reign of
Tiberius Caesar...
Jesus
himself began to be about thirty years of age"
BACKGROUND
31 BC, SEPT 2, BATTLE OF ACTIUM. "Octavian's victory enabled
him to consolidate his power over Rome and its
dominions. To that end, he adopted the title of Princeps ("first
citizen") and some years after the victory was awarded
the title of Augustus by the
Roman Senate. This became the name by which he was
known in later times. As Augustus, he would retain the
trappings of a restored Republican leader; however,
historians generally view this consolidation of power
and the adoption of these honorifics as the end of the
Roman Republic and the
beginning of the Roman Empire."
"Octavian's
victory at the Battle of Actium gave him sole and
uncontested control of "Mare Nostrum" (Our Sea i.e. the
Roman Mediterannean) and he became "Augustus Caesar" and
the "first citizen" of Rome. This victory, consolidating
his power over every Roman institution, marked the
transition of Rome from Republic to Empire. Egypt's
final surrender following Cleopatra's death also marks
the final demise of both the Hellenistic
Period and the Ptolemaic
Kingdom." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Battle_of_Actium)
"In
the eighteenth year of his reign (20–19 BC), Herod
rebuilt the Second Temple in Jerusalem on "a more magnificent scale".[2]
The new Temple was finished in a year and a half,
although work on out-buildings and courts continued
another eighty years. To comply with religious law,
Herod employed a thousand priests as masons and
carpenters for the rebuilding. The finished temple,
which was destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD, is often referred to as Herod's Temple." (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herodian_architecture)
"On the
death of Lepidus (12 BC), the failed third Triumvir, who
had been shunted aside with the conciliatory position of
pontifex maximus, Augustus assumed that highest
of all religious positions for himself.
Josephus,
Ant.XV. XI. 1,5-7: "Herod, in the EIGHTEENTH YEAR
(i.e., 20 BC) of his reign, and after the acts already
mentioned, undertook a very great work, that is, TO
BUILD OF HIMSELF THE TEMPLE OF GOD, and make it larger
in compass...he took care of the cloisters and the
outer enclosures; and these he built in eight years.
But THE TEMPLE ITSELF WAS BUILT BY THE PRIESTS IN A
YEAR AND SIX MONTHS...It is also reported, that during
the time that the temple was building, IT DID NOT RAIN
IN THE DAY TIME, but that the showers fell in the
nights, so that the work was not hindered".

SIGNS IN THE SKY
THREE HEAVENS
According to Josephus, a Pharisee priest, the lampstand
in the Temple represented the Sun, Mercury, Venus, Earth,
Mars, Jupiter and Saturn. Our 3 heavens are Mars, Jupiter
and Saturn.
Paul was caught up to the 3rd Heaven, Saturn (Paradise)
(II Cor 12:2-4)
7 BC, 13th year of Temple
construction, THE TRIPLE CONJUNCTIONS OF JUPITER AND
SATURN (known as "Protector of the Jews") COULD HAVE
BEEN THE REASON HEROD KILLED BABIES UNDER 2 YEARS OLD IN

Jupiter and 3. Saturn , came to within 8 degrees of each

JESUS' CONCEPTION

BC, Mon 6 Dec, Julian: 1,453,755, Kislev 24, 3751
(385 day yr), 14th year of Temple construction.
Hag 2:18,19 says, "Consider (sum labab, take it to
heart) now from this day and upward, from the four and
twentieth day of the ninth month, even from the day that
the foundation (JESUS, 1Co 3:11) of the LORD'S temple was
laid, consider it. 19 Is the seed (zera, seed or child)
yet in the barn? (a saying, meaning is she pregnant) yea
(i.e., YES, Jesus was conceived), as yet the vine (Jesus),
and the fig tree (Israel), and the pomegranate (meaning
upright), and the olive tree (Israel with the Gentiles
grafted in), hath not brought forth (NASA, lifted up):
from (min, after) this day will I bless you" (i.e., Jesus
was conceived on Kislev 24, and the Rapture will be after
that Kislev 24).
1Co_3:11 says, "For other foundation can no man lay
than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ."
THIS NOVA
HERALDED THE BIRTH OF JESUS AND PROBABLY MADE THE WISE
MEN START THEIR TRIP
5 BC, A NOVA, MEANING "NEW STAR,"
ACTUALLY AN EXPLODING STAR, WAS SEEN IN CAPRICORN. It
probably was what the wise men had been watching for.
The Chinese recorded it, it was
seen close to Alpha and Beta Capricornii March 10, and
was visible 70 days. JESUS' death and resurrection are
pictured in CAPRICORNUS. The Lord named the stars. The
2nd brightest star is DENEB AL GEDI, meaning THE LORD, OR SACRIFICE, COMETH.
THE LORD "SHALL COME UNTO
US AS THE RAIN"
Hos. 6:3 says, "he shall COME
UNTO US AS THE RAIN, as the latter and former rain unto
the earth."
His
First Advent is as the Former Rain in Israel, Tishri
1, the Feast of Trumpets that begins their Civil
Year when
the sun is in VIRGO. His Second Advent is as the Latter Rain,
Nisan 1, the first day of the Regnal and Sacred Year in
the spring (Eze, 29:17,21), when the sun is in ARIES
(March 21 to April 20), the LAMB pictures Jesus as the
Lamb of the tribe of Judah. Aries means battle strife.
The brightest star is El Natik, the wounded or slain.
Second brightest is Al Sheratan, meaning the bruised.
At the time of
the Crucifixion, the unnatural darkness may have been
to give the people a vivid view of Aries. Those 2
stars would have stood out.
--5 BC, Another Nova was also
seen near the star Altair, meaning the flier or flying
(eagle)

assurance of their goodwill to Caesar, and to the king's
government, these very men [the Pharisees] did not
swear, being above six thousand.' From the context of
these words in Josephus, this census of
allegiance to Caesar Augustus occurred ABOUT ONE YEAR
BEFORE THE DEATH OF HEROD THE GREAT
4 BC, 16th year of Temple
construction, Herod died between eclipse of Mar. 13 (Adar
25, 3755) and Passover (no other eclipse is
possible, because Esther's fast of Adar 13 did not
precede them (Josephus Ant. XVII. VI. 4,5; Ant XVII.
VIII.1)
Ant.
XVII. vi. 4: "Now Now it happened, that during the
time of the high priesthood of this Matthias, there
was another person made high priest for a single day,
that very day which the Jews observe as A FAST (i.e.,
Esther's Fast, Nisan 13). The occasion was this:--This
Matthias the high priest, ON THE NIGHT BEFORE THAT DAY
WHEN THE FAST WAS TO BE CELEBRATED, seemed, in a
dream, to have conversation with his wife; and because
he could not officiate himself on that account,
Joseph, the son of Ellemus, his kinsman, assisted him
in that sacred office. But Herod deprived this
Matthias of the high priesthood, and burnt the other
Matthias, who had raised the sedition (i.e., over the
eagle Herod placed at the temple), with his
companions, alive. AND THAT
VERY NIGHT THERE WAS AN ECLIPSE OF THE MOON."
(i.e., March 13, 4 BC).
Ant.,
XVII, viii, 1: Herod "died, the fifth day after he had
caused Antipater to be slain; having reigned, since he
had procured Antigonus to be slain, thirty-four years;
but since he had been declared king by the Romans,
thirty-seven."
Wars. I. 33. 8: "So Herod, having survived the slaughter
of his son five days, died, having reigned THIRTY FOUR
YEARS, since he had caused Antigonus to be slain, and
obtained his kingdom; but THIRTY-SEVEN YEARS SINCE HE
HAD BEEN MADE KING by the Romans."
Wars.
II. I. 1,3: "Now the necessity which Archelaus was
under of taking a journey to Rome was the occasion of
new disturbances; for when he had mourned for his
father seven says, and had given a very expensive
funeral feast...at the FEAST
OF UNLEAVENED BREAD, WHICH WAS NOW
AT HAND, AND IS BY THE JEWS CALLED
THE PASSOVER" (i.e., they ate unleavened bread
on Passover).
Fred
Espenak, at NASA, listed the Lunar Eclipse as March 13, 4 BC.
The correlation is perfect. YourSky
shows that March 13, 4 BC was the day of the Full Moon
in Virgo. That is necessary for there to be a Lunar
Eclipse.
Josephus
Ant. XVII. VIII. 4 says, "Now
Archelaus paid him so much respect, as to continue
his mourning till the seventh day;
for so many days are appointed for it by the law of our
fathers; and when he had given a treat to the multitude,
and LEFT OFF HIS MOURNING,
he went up into the temple...and took his seat, in a
throne made of gold". He
left for Rome to get his kingship confirmed between
Unleavened Bread and Pentecost.

COINS TELL THE TRUE STORY
"Herod Antipas (ruled 4 BC–39 AD)"
"Herod Philip II (ruled 4 BC–34 AD)"
"
The coins of Herod Philip II are mostly bronze of
middle-size. He was the first Jewish ruler to put portraits of
himself and the Roman Emperors on his coinage. An early issue
has a portrait of the Emperor Augustus, with the Greek inscription 'KAICAPI CEBACTΩ' on
the obverse, and 'ΦΙΛΙΠΠΌΎ ΤΕΤΡΆΡΧΌΎ' on the reverse.
Later coins depicted Tiberius on the obverse, with the
inscription 'TIBEPIOΣ ΣEBAΣ', and 'ΦΙΛΙΠΠΌΎ ΤΕΤΡΆΡΧΌΎ'
on the reverse. Both types had the facade of a
four-columned temple on the reverse, possibly the Temple in Jerusalem. The coins are dated according
to the year of the Emperor's reign."
Josephus: Herod died shortly
after a Lunar eclipse (Ant. XVII. VI. 4), but prior to
Passover (Wars. II. I. 3.)

1ST YEAR OF TIBERIUS' RULE AS
CO-REX, 12 AD
This coin has head of Tiberius on one side and head of
Augustus on the other side. It was minted in 13 AD
"From A.D. 4 to
14 Tiberius was clearly Augustus's successor. When he was
adopted, he also received grants of proconsular power and
tribunician power; and in A.D. 13 his proconsular power
was made co-extensive with that of Augustus. [[11]] In
effect, Tiberius was now co-princeps
with Augustus so that when the latter
finally died on 19 August A.D. 14, Tiberius's position was
unassailable and the continuation of the Principate a
foregone conclusion. After 55 years living at the behest
of his stepfather, Tiberius finally assumed the mantle of
sole power." (http://www.roman-emperors.org/tiberius.htm)

Marilyn, You and I are coming from the study from two
different
perspectives. I am using a scientific study to verify
Christ's conception
and birth. And this is from a scientifically re-created
calendar going back
to "fix" the error with the Hallel issue when the
calendar was skewed. It is
www.torahcalendar.com and they have retraced the data
and it verifies that
Jesus was conceived on 9/11 3BC. Using the
www.bethlehemstar.net data, it
ties to the torahcalendar of Christ's conception. And
then he shows from
there that Jesus live birth was on 6/17 2BC and the
wise men found him on
Christmas 12/25 2BC. Going back to the torah calendar,
this day of Christmas
was the 4th day of Hanukkah and it ties to them giving
Jesus gifts as He is
in the center of the lampstands (menorah).
I also find that Jesus as He was born in June (live
birth...Jews believe
that the birth date is really their conception date
however) is that his
birthstone is Pearl. And in the Bible Jesus says that
He is the door. And I
find interesting that there is a large Pearl at each of
the 12 gates in
Heaven.
This is where I am getting my data, and since we are
coming from two
different perspectives, our data will never converge. I
respect your thesis
on Jesus conception and birth, but I am not in
agreement as I try to find
scientific evidence to support what I believe and then
tie it back to
scripture. The man at Bethlehemstar.net shows that most
scholars get the
conception and birth of Jesus wrong because they did
not tie back key data
relating to Herod and the writings of Josephus. I
purchased his video and
watched it.
