After hearing my favorite radio Pastor's inspiried teaching today 12/19/2012 ,
 I wrote this Reminder to me :

Empty self of stress.  Lay my cares on the altar. (READ the verses below)

Cast them over on Jesus !  He won't play games with them!!

Lay my goals of the day on the altar.
Lay my moods on the altar,  I have no "right " to have moods,

Lay everything & everyone, including my Loved ones on the altar.
 And  BE FILLED with His Holy Spirit !
