Dear Nichole,  It seems that much has already been done on the Internet to destroy very good information there once was concerning Ron Wyatt's testing done on the Shroud.  I had typed up a sheet on it for my documents, which I've attached.  It  has a brief summary of Ron's taking the sample to be tested.  They told him it was "dried" blood, therefore dead blood but Ron asked them to test it anyway.  When they hydrated the dried sample, Ron returned to the lab as he had asked to be informed of when the time period for this would be finished.  When he got there, they were astonished to find that it was not "Dead" but very much alive.  It also proved to be the same blood type as on the Shroud (A/B).  I once had a copy of the tape that showed Ron telling others about the day that the blood was shown alive and he told how they asked, "Whose blood is this?" to which he answered, "It is the blood of your Messiah."  There was even a video showing that very same blood swimming around very much alive. 

 

You are correct: The Sudarium which covered his face has been reported to be used in rituals over centuries, beginning with the Knights Templar.  This too was spoken about but hey Nichole, try to find information on this anymore, seems impossible.

PS  It seems when one's computer crashes, you take it in to be fixed, they decide it can't be fixed so you pay good money to have a hard copy made of your documents but then things aren't there and you are given an excuse of how they weren't able to get past a certain point to copy but do they give your $100.00 back?  No Way.  Rotten world we are forced with which to deal.
