Windows has live movie maker- video editing and adding transitions.

What Peters sees is 'edited' for sure.  It doesn't have to be a still shot.

You are using what is your current frame of reference (your understanding) to question what Peters sees in the future, we all do that.

Here's a good example- Can you interpret for me what it was the Apostle John was shown in the Book of Revelation?

Nope, none of us can, we have to study it out. 

Even John himself was clueless, so was the Prophet Daniel in his visions etc.

Here is my thought on the large T.V.'s saw in many places in Peters' vision.

Bible students know that the Birth Pains are getting more frequent and intense, so the governments place them out in public view for catastrophe warning purposes.

Japan has a crippled nuclear plant and has lost tens of thousands of lives since March 2011.

Recently- Powerful Magnitude 7.3 Earthquake Rocks Japan, Touches Off Small Tsunami December 7th, 2012

Shortly before the earthquake struck, Japan's NHK TV broke off regular programming to warn that a strong quake was due to hit. Afterward, the announcer repeatedly urged all near the coast to flee to higher ground.

The Meteorological Agency has an early warning system that, using data from seismographs scattered across Japan, enables it to provide advance warning of the estimated intensity and timing of a major quake. The warning for Friday’s quake was issued six minutes before it struck, according to an unnamed official from the Meteorological Agency.
