John My maths is not very good (see quote from my letter below) - I estimated that there are 15000 letters annually on Five Doves, based on 60 per day and six days per week. However, 60*60 = 360 per week. For 52 weeks this is 18720 letters. Either way it's a lot of letters! Great work! I read reasonably fast so you may be surprised at just how many of the letters are read by Doves. On another matter, I for one (and possibly many others) would appreciate the reason for the name of Five Doves (it may be on the website but I couldn't find it when I went looking). Thanks"My (very rough) estimate is that there are around 15000 letters on Five Doves annually (based on 60 per day, six days a week - quite mind boggling!). John would know more reliably!"Denis Maranatha!

Thanks, Denis. Five Doves is named after 5 ornamental doves hung on the wall in the living room of my previous home. They also refer to 5 brothers who came together to start the site more than 15 years ago. Jim Bramlett is the only original member who is still active and going! Besides me, that is. :)
