many readers are no doubt familiar with your testimony regarding the verse Jeremiah 50:2 - i.e. how many years ago, while in a darkened room, the Lord highlighted this verse supernaturally on an open Bible. 

I was curious as to what insights or opinions you have now about the reason(s) the Lord may have chosen that particular verse.

this is a link on the Bible Wheel site that shows the verses in the Bible that have  the same hebrew gematria total as Jeremiah 50:2, which is:

4258

There are three verses with that total. Perhaps you also have comments about those other two verses in Ezekiel. all three verses seem to share the same tone.
