Dear brother in the Lord,
Thank you for the kind words. There have been never ending trials and affliction for all of us to arrive at this last-days revelation of our Savior. We know the apocalypse is truly here by the number and intensity of revelations each one of us are experiencing, day by day.. It almost makes one feel manic, and would, if it were not for the peaceable Spirit of Christ Jesus.
I took to heart your request of a deeper look and WORSHIP using what probably is the most profound of all LOVE LETTERS ever written to mankind. Its so often spoken of as almost lurid in its depiction of sexuality and intimacy, but, we must remember the MYSTERY as alluded to by Paul of the marital bond that Christ has planned for Body of believers and our(current) inability to fathom its deeper spiritual context.
With that being said, I have begun to paraphrase chapter 6 in Psalm version so as to later apply my heart and Spirit to a deeper study in WORSHIP...this in no way is that "study", merely my allowing the Holy Spirit to speak to us in these final days here on earth using the verses written by Solomon all those years ago, I keep finding myself in tears when absorbing these words meanings as they are describing this binding together(like husband and wife) of Christ with His collective Body of Believers(the Church)...we ARE getting close to this one, and will be greatly gratified/glorified for all eternity by this union.
So here are the first 10 verses of Chapter 6:
Song of Solomon 6:1-10
O,where has your beloved gone,
you fairest of women?
Wheres your beloved hide Himself?
With you we will seek Him
Beloved mine 'sgone down to His
garden and beds of spice,
to feed among His garden green
and gather trumpets white
I am the garden of my Love
and my beloved is mine
He feeds among the Lilies there
and gathers them in time
He said:"You are as beautiful,
the city on a hill.
And gorgeous as Jerusalem,
whose sight, ones heart, can still!
Turn now your eyes from me for they
do overcome my heart
Their bristling strength arranged unto
My testimonies art
Their piercing stare does travel far
from which the WORD does wash
and baring twins, the olive trees,
not one of them is lost.
Your trials are just part of that
which bind you to my soul
And raising up behind the veil
abashed as when below
There are rejoicing brides, surplus
of virgins beyond count
But my dove, undefiled, perfect
Alone stands from them all
The only one of her mother
the best of who bore her.
The daughters saw her, called her blessed,
rejoicing, gave her praise.
Who is this that shines forth like dawn
fair as the moon and pure
Clear as the sun and terrible as
great armies gathered sure
......I think we can all see where this is going, its so obviously spoken to the Bride of Christ and her gathering together unto Him.....more later, if we have time.
your brother, Chris
