Gino and all the Doves,
I couldn't quite tell if you were being facetious
or not...it seemed rather short and simplistic to me, although
there were a few marvelous insights. I have eighteen years of
studying the scriptures in general, but this sort of thing comes
about through WORSHIP in the Psalms, which I have discovered
have life-giving arteries of blood running throughout(to and
from) the entire Bible. The more salient parts of it really come
about by the Holy Spirit. I usually just get "hooked" into one
Psalm for a few days and sing it over and over again in WORSHIP
to God the Father, and, a light shines down on other parts of
the WORD in my memory banks and voila....Holy Spirit
inspiration.
I've never attempted to use the Song of Solomon for
WORSHIP , although, I do have snippets of chapter 6 from the
Song of Solomon converted to a Psalm in English and in
meter...Its actually kind of tricky to do and requires the Holy
Spirit's push or permission(so to speak) to make happen. I do
have many other areas of scripture that I have been compelled to
convert to a Psalm...Hebrews, Micah, Revelation, etc., but only
when beckoned by the Spirit of Grace.
This whole thing with Psalm 45 is very timely(for
the Bride) and has a connection to the "OIL" of Gladness and its
connection to the oil in our lamps spoken of by Christ Himself.
I'll pray about a Psalm from the Song of Songs...and Glory be to
our God and Father, Yeshuah.
your brother, Chris
