"Psalm 98 (as WORSHIP with commentary) post #1"

To John and all the Doves,
   I was instructed to WORSHIP using these four Psalms this morning...and in this order. It seems to make sense to my end-times chrono-eschatological mind. I hope others can see the schema in the same patterns I began to see.
                                much love, your brother, Chris K.

           Psalm 98

1    O sing a new song to the Lord,
          for wonders he has done:
     His right hand and his holy arm
          him victory has won.
(Christ Jesus and "we" as His Body are the right hand of God)

2    The Lord God and his Yeshuah
          has caused to be known;
     His justice in the heathen's sight
          he openly has shown.
(wherever the original Psalm says the WORD "salvation", I translate as the "NAME" of our savior, and it always fits and makes it more personal. Christ brought salvation and justice to the gentile nations, just like the Psalm says, and Yahweh always promised.)

3    He mindful of his grace and truth
          to Isr'el's house has been;
     And the YESHUAH of our God
          all of the earth have seen.
(Yahweh never lost sight of His people "all Israel, the Jews", and the Gospel of Christ has been preached throughout all the world)

4    Let all the earth unto Yahwey
          send forth a joyful noise;
     Lift up your voice aloud to him,
          sing praises, and rejoice.
------------------------------------------------------
5    With harp, on strings, and voice of psalms,
          unto Jehovah sing:
6    With trumpets, coronets, glad sounds
          before the Lord and King.
(the MOST important thing we can do is "WORSHIP JOYFULLY", next to prayer)

7    Let seas and all their fulness roar;
          the world, and dwellers there;
8    Let floods clap hands, and let the hills
          together joy declare

(the "seas" are all the nations of the world, believing and unbelieving both)

9    Before the Lord; because he comes,
          to judge the earth comes he:
     He'll judge the world with righteousness,
          his folk with equity.
(Rejoicing in PRAISE is the only thing we can do in the knowledge of Gods coming judgement)

      And YESHUAH; because he comes,
          for judgment with His cloud:
      He'll judge the world with righteousness,
          rejoice ye folk aloud.
(We the "CLOUD of witnesses" will return with our savior in His glory at the second coming)
