Of late I've experienced more and more blackouts of videos linked to by 5doves. By this I mean that I am presented with an INERT black screen -- no controls, start/stop etc. In short, it just doesn't work If I really want to see the video, I have no problem googling the thing and finding a working version elsewhere.

Is there anyone else experiencing this? Or, can anyone explain it?

I am admittedly paranoid. I produce a fairly provocative news alert via email to a relatively small list. Nevertheless, there are some emails my provider refuses to send. Usually I can work around this by changing the subject line and/or the format of the thing, or by using an alternate server, but I am convinced I'm being watched.

I am unable to log on to DEBKA from my home machine. Yes, I've performed all the checks possible, including changing the codes on my router, all to no avail. And, there are other anomalies occurring as well.
