According to Debkafile, "Israeli Prime Minister
Benjamin Netanyahu and Syrian ruler Bashar Assad in the
last 72 hours indicate they are bracing for a regional
war, including an attack on Iran, within a time frame
between mid-December 2011 and mid-January 2012." The US
and Russia are in the midst of a naval build-up in the
Mediterranean Sea off of Syria to guard massive oil
pipelines coming from Iran and Siberia into the Caspian
Sea. Currently, there is a massive build-up of U.S.
troops in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq and Australia, in
preparation for an Armageddon-style conflict or World
War III. American troops are being stationed in
Australia as a pre-emptive move against China moving
into the Middle East. The endless need for oil and
energy is driving all these nations, along with the
U.K., and the EU, which are reliant on Russian and
Iranian oil which is being piped from regions like
Siberia to the Caspian Sea, and the Persian Gulf.
Ahmadinejad and other Muslim leaders believe that
when the nuclear missiles fly that Allah will protect
Muslim areas such as the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem
and that only Jews and other infidels like the U.S. will
be killed. In this highly flammable region of an Islamic
doomsday scenario, oil and global economic interests,
the potential of nuclear war looms like the Four
Horsemen of the Apocalypse on the horizon. As I stated
in an earlier article, recent threats by Russian and
Chinese generals should be taken seriously.
Russian General Nikolai Makarov has threatened
that NATO's eastward expansion or an attack on Iran by
the U.S. and Israel could cause Russia to enter the
conflict."The possibility of local armed conflicts along
nearly the whole border has increased dramatically. In
certain conditions, I do not rule out local and regional
armed conflicts developing into a large-scale war,
including using nuclear weapons," he said. In addition,
Chinese Major General Zhang Zhaozhong, said, "China will
not hesitate to protect Iran even with a Third World
War."
The last book of the Bible is the Book of
Revelation that refers to the Apocalypse. The word
Apocalypse comes from the Greek word, apokaplypsis,
which means the unveiling or disclosing of reality that
previously has not been received. In the Book of
Revelation, we are given a picture of what is about to
happen in the near future.
At the present moment, the world is in the most
dangerous position it has ever been in since the Flood
of Noah. As predicted by the ancient prophets, nations
like Russia, Iran, Israel, Europe and Turkey are
directly involved in planning an invasion of Israel or
appear to be monitoring it closely. In chapter 38 of the
Book of Ezekiel there is a reference to "the young lions
of Tarshish" looking on while there is an invasion of
Israel by Gog and Magog. This is happens when Russia,
Iran and an alliance of other Middle Eastern nations
invade Israel.
Tarshish was a seaport town along the Atlantic
Ocean near Cardiz, Spain. The peoples who settled
Tarshish traveled to England and Ireland by boat. Many
scholars believe that these settlers than traveled from
England to the United States, Canada, Australia and New
Zealand. All of these nations were birthed from England.
These are the nations which appear to observe the
conflict and perhaps even protest it, but do not appear
to be engaged in it. The World War III build-up that is
going on with the U.S., Europe, Russia, China, Iran,
Islamic nations and other regions of the world may not
be the war of Ezekiel 38 or Armageddon. But, it is
interesting to note how many of the nations listed in
Ezekiel 38 are involved. In one passage of scripture
there is reference to "fire on the isles" which could
refer to a nuclear attack on the U.S., Canada, Australia
and New Zealand.
In Revelation 1:7 we read about what happens
after the apocalypse, " Behold, He is coming with
clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who
pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn
because of Him. Even so, Amen. "I am the Alpha and the
Omega, the Beginning and the End," says
the Lord, "who is, and who was, and who is to come, the
Almighty."
Many people are planning to use the 3 DVD series
"Are You Ready for the Coming One World Government, One
World Economic System and the Coming One World
Religion?" as an evangelistic and discussion tool with
friends, family and church friends. They are going to
invite them over one night a week for 3 weeks in a row
to watch each DVD, which is around one hour long. Since
the DVD series is entertaining and informative, it will
stimulate discussion and it can be used to wind people
to Christ. The idea is to serve coffee, snacks, etc. and
watch the DVD's. It is important to have some people you
trust join you in order to control the direction of the
conversation and to not allow any individual to attempt
to distract or derail the meeting. After prayer, expect
