Yes, that is basically the gist of it.

Christ is presently acting as our advocate before the throne of God against the accusations of Satan. We go absolutely nowhere until the war in heaven occurs. Once Satan can no longer accuse is the soonest that Jesus can leave heaven to come for the resurrection/rapture. And it has to be in the midst of the 70th Week.

It will not happen any sooner than early spring 2012, for from the month of Nisan 2012 to the month of Elul 2015 is 42 months, just before the completion of the 70th Week coming up to Rosh 2015. But time is required to fulfill the yet unfulfilled parts of Daniel 9:24. But Jesus did say He would shorten those days, didn't He?

Yes He did! And He shortens them by returning one full year before the end of the 70th Week. By returning to bring His rest at Rosh 2014! Thus honoring and fulfiling the great type of His Sabbath!
