Just wanted to let you know I also saw a wifi connection last week from my home connection titled "FBI Surveillance Van # 76". I showed it to my wife and she immediately chalked it up to my conspiricy theories. I thought it was just a title of a neighbors network, but since you brought it up, I thought I would share.
