Adopted by twenty-five countries at the second session of the World
Constituent Assembly, the 1977 Constitution for the Federation of
Earthproposes an administrative structure of twenty world electoral
and administrative regions with ten mega-regions. Already the Club of
Rome has divided the world into ten political-economic regions
referred to as “kingdoms.”[10]
