A Final Hanukkah thought: “In the twinkling of an eye”

I was perusing the following web page when their graphic struck me concerning the twinkling of an eye. I have never heard this before. Apparently it refers to the moment at twilight when the days change. There is one more left at the close of Hanukkah tomorrow. It is a "Red Sea moment"...  (Link)
