"New Moon On Monday"
My beloved Doves,
OK, here s a really
corny one that I can't get out of my head....the lyrics to a seemingly
ridiculous song from the 80's. Actually, the band seems kind of
ridiculous, the song itself nominally so, but, the lyrics themselves
are quite interesting to us symbol searching, end times aficionados.
I'm not going to break it down for us in any way, I'll leave that to
you. But, almost every line is significant if taken as a symbolic
reference to the catching away...you be the judge!
"New Moon On Monday"
Shake up the picture the lizard mixture
With your dance on the eventide
You got me coming up with answers
All of which I deny
I said it again
Could I please rephrase it
Maybe I can catch a ride
I couldn't really put it much plainer
But I'll wait till you decide
Send me your warning siren
As if I could ever hide
Last time La Luna
I light my torch and wave it for the
New moon on Monday
And a fire-dance through the night
I stayed the cold day with a lonely satellite
Breaking away with the best of both worlds
A smile that you can't disguise
Every minute I keep finding
Clues that you leave behind*
Save me from these reminders
As if I'd forget tonight
This time La Luna
I light my torch and wave it for the
New moon on Monday
And a fire-dance through the night
I stayed the cold day with a lonely satellite
...if
anybody has a real problem with this, I understand. Its just all too
strange, right now, how so much in pagan-fallen culture seems to be
showing signs of GOD' mighty hand. Oh well, it is HIS creation, its
bound to come through the cracks at some point(these lyrics actually
mention that point*) , and man, the world really is falling apart right
before our eyes.
your brother, Chris K.
