ASCENSION: (He is received into a cloud)

Acts 1:9-11
"...while they watched, He was taken up, and A CLOUD RECEIVED HIM out of their sight......This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, WILL SO COME IN LIKE MANNER AS YOU SAW HIM GO INTO HEAVEN."  ( "IN LIKE MANNER as you saw Him go" means CLOUDS will be present when we see Him return for His Church at the time of the rapture.)

APPEARING AT RAPTURE: (coming on the clouds)

At the 'time of rapture' His Church will be on the earth to see Him COME ON THE CLOUDS, but at 'His Second Coming' His Church will be with Him.

1 Thessalonians 4:17
"Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them IN THE CLOUDS to meet the Lord in the air,..."

Matthew 24:30
"...and they will see the Son of Man COMING ON THE CLOUDS of heaven with power and great glory."

Matthew 26:64
"Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and COMING ON THE CLOUDS of heaven."

Mark 14:62
"Jesus said, I am. And you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and COMING WITH THE CLOUDS of heaven."

Mark 13:26
"Then they will see the Son of Man COMING ON THE CLOUDS with great power and glory."

Revelation 1:7
"Behold, He is COMING WITH CLOUDS, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him.."

SECOND COMING: (no mention of clouds)

At the time of 'His Second Coming' He is a 'warrier King' ready to make war at the Battle of Armageddon and His Church is with Him.

Revelation 19:14
"The armies of heaven were following Him riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean.

Revelation 17:14
"--and with Him will be His called, chosen and faithful followers."

According to Your Word, COME ON THE CLOUDS of heaven, Lord Jesus!
