Matthew 24;29-31
"IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE TRIBULATION of those days (in Israel) the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky. and the heavens will be shaken. AT THAT TIME (immediately after the great tribulation in Israel) the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will mourn. They will see the Son of man coming on the clouds of the sky, with power and great glory. And He will send His angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather (rapture) His elect (the Church) from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other."

Mark 13:24-27
"But in those days, AFTER THAT TRIBULATION (that great one in Israel), the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from the sky. and the heavenly bodies will be shaken. AT THAT TIME (after the great tribulation in Israel) men will see the Son of Man coming in the clouds with great power and glory. And He will send His angels to gather (rapture) His elect (His Church) from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heavens."

Revelation 6:12-17
"I watched as He opened the Sixth Seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs fall from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up (which is the open door placed before us through which we are raptured right then), and every mountain and island was removed from its place. THEN (the plight of the left-behind is now described) the kings of the earth, the princes, the generals, the rich, the mighty, and every slave and every free man hid in caves and among the rocks of the mountains. They called to the mountains and the rocks, Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! FOR THE GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH HAS COME, AND WHO CAN STAND?"

CONCLUSION:

Because 'His Church' is not appointed to suffer the 'wrath of the Lamb ie. God', THE RAPTURE HAPPENS WHEN THE SKY RECEDED LIKE A SCROLL, ROLLING UP, IMMEDIATELY BEFORE (Revelation 6:15) which describes the plight of the left-behind.

During the events of the 'Seventh Seal' the 'wrath of God' is poured out upon the whole world which BEGINS the tribulation on the whole world.
