Alan - your very timely post linked below. This really hit home, Alan. There are too many incompetent cooks in the kitchen. Our leadership, the world over, is top heavy and costing the tax-payer an arm and a leg in bungled ideas and attitudes. There's far too many voices - far too much noise. It's a wonder that anyone can see the wood for the trees. Without the Holy Spirit and a Biblical mindset, there is no earthly solution. Evil will flourish and grow. Islam will continue hating, killing and destroying.
That our leaders and their cohorts are actually rather stupid, is obvious now. A case in point is the recent scandal in the UK over the Jason Arday case. A young DEI appointed fellow (who also happens to be black) was appointed as the University of Cambridge' youngest professor. He was lauded and feted by top academics - even though his bio reeked of 'Walter Mittyisms'. His claims were ludicrous. Once he was investigated properly, the truth emerged. A truth so undeniable that Jason Arday committed suicide. The 'woke' academics tried shifting into defensive overdrive, blaming his suicide on aggressive media intrusion. A 'right wing' conspiracy' they roared. All the while ignoring the fact that Jason Arday was a fraud and fantasist and had been categorically proven to be so. The University of Cambridge is one of the top universities in the world. You would think that a fraud would not pass muster. That their standards were so high - each individual was vetted with extreme rigour. It turns out - not so much anymore.
My point is that evil is clumsy and ugly. Evil cannot conduct a sophisticated fraud anymore. Only VERY dim people believe all the lies we are inundated with. Islam and it's tenets are barbaric. Medieval type evil. Yet it's wheels keep rolling on. Much like the wheels of every single lie and deception foisted upon our world. If the Jason Ardays of our world are able to pull off such an audacious fraud on the academic community, in the name of 'Diversity, Equity and Inclusion' - imagine the shenanigans going on about Islam being 'a religion of peace'. In spite of all the overwhelming evidence to the contrary !!!
Only the return of our precious LORD and Saviour, Jesus Christ, can fix this toxic mess. May He return soon.
