I see it everyday that Muslims pick and choose the verses that agree with the version of events they've been given since birth but they are ignorant of what's really true. There's an alarming number of Muslims on tiktok who say we love Jesus and think he's a prophet, but we believe in one God.
Everything comes down to what Jesus willingly suffered on the cross to save each soul who has made the mistake of leaving home and coming to this horrible fallen place. Satan is called the god and deceiver of the WHOLE WORLD for a reason.
Our story is the story of The prodigal Son / Daughter. The Son asks his father for his inheritance, goes on a far journey, lives recklessly to the point he is begging for bread, returns to the father and says forgive me Father, for I am no longer Worthy to be called your son because I've sinned against you and heaven. The father rejoices! Ring on his finger, sandals for his feet, puts a robe on him and says prepare a feast! My Son who was once blind now sees, and was lost and is now found!
