Apparently the second commandment is currently not applicable in that part of Jerusalem.

When Jesus returns, if that image is still there at that time, Jesus will have the remnant of Israel that believe on him, destroy it, and all other images.

There are graven images in the catholic churches, there in Israel, and icons in the orthodox churches, which will all be destroyed.

The same with the pictures.
