Are things beginning to turn down the temperature, this week, in the UK?

Or, is it possible, that I heard someone this week say that there is a move to release a number of (less dangerous prisoners)?

It was said that this was to help make room for those whose are posting "untruths", and disinformation, on social media.

Is that legit, or is it hype?
