I happened to be out west, near the Pacific, outside Vancouver, BC, when a giant moon came up over the horizon.

But it was still July 31st, there, when we saw it come up.

The charts say that the moon was totally full for Vancouver at 11:33 am on August 1st, which was close to 13 hours later, during the day.

But not seen there, then. The closest to that was the nearly full moon that we saw rise, at 9 pm, after sunset, 7 minutes earlier, on the 31st.

Or a little less of a giant moon, the next night, at 9:34 pm, 42 minutes after sunset.

So, in that area, they were talking about possibly considering July, as their month with the blue moon.

But everyone east of there was talking about August as the month of the blue moon.

I don't know how accurate that all is, and how that may possibly relate to the connections that you saw to the blue moon.

But I couldn't resist telling you about what we saw.
