They cannot abide the maniacal absurdity of it all. Everything is hyperbole. Including the headlines blasting out of conservative and Christian websites. Terrifying everyone in the process.

It reminds me of the scene in I Pet Goat 2 where a young lad is lying on the floor surrounded by needles and drugs (pharmaceuticals) He has yellow vomit all over his shirt. His head is plugged into a giant TV with an ominous demon-like being shrieking and yelling at him. Across the boy's eyes, the words "War news and markets plunge" are what is being fed, via media, to the hapless, twitching lad. They are attempting to wear us down, Doves. Until we reach a point where we are inured to it all. We become used to the 'new normal'. Our heads emptied of all logical thought. Please see the link below for the scene I am speaking of. We must pray for discernment and courage. Wisdom and patience. Strength and conviction. We must not be like frightened rabbits - hypnotised by car lights. Myself included.
