The title isn't a nod to a smidge of lavatory humour. Lol! This is actually a serious question as to this new name - Vivek Ramaswamy. From not having heard of him - ever - his name is popping up all over the place. At first I ignored it as yet another yawn, but then I watched him being interviewed by Russell Brand. Man alive - the guy is slick. Young, charming, good-looking and he says all the right things! To be honest, he gave me the 'ick'. He's too charming and too slick and too everything. Perhaps I have become far too jaded, but I have learned to trust my instincts too. It reminded me of how a young, hip and happening Barack Obama hit the scene - out of nowhere! We've seen this movie before.
According to the ZeroHedge article in the link, Ramaswamy is number 2 in the polls behind Trump. WHAT?!? From having never heard of him to number 2 behind Donald Trump? This man has a team that knows how to manipulate social media. Being interviewed by Russell Brand lends him a 'hip and happening' kind of vibe. In said interview, I noticed how VR (Ramaswamy) emphasised the age thing. He was subtle and charming about it but it was enough to make one think, 'Yeah - we need someone younger'. He exudes energy.
The fact that VR has made his money out of pharmaceuticals is enough to send the alarm bells clanging off their belfries.
