This is in response to 1 Cor. 10:31 's post last week regarding Old Testament scripture that indicates

the rapture and tribulation could happen in September around Rosh Hashanah.  Have you also 

considered Micah 7?

Micah 7:1-2

1  What misery is mine!  I am like one who gathers summer fruit at the gleaning of the vineyard;

there is no cluster of grapes to eat; none of the early figs that I crave.

2  The faithful have been swept from the land; not one upright person remains.  Everyone lies in

wait to shed blood . . .

In ancient Israel, both the grape and fig harvests ended by the end of September.  The narrator

seems to be at this point "at the gleaning of the vineyard".  Rosh Hashanah happening 10 days

earlier this year leaves ample time for the rapture, when the "faithful have been swept from the

land."

I can also add to your New Testament verses that indicate a pretribulation rapture.  Consider:

Luke 21:36

Watch therefore, and pray always that you may be counted worthy to escape all these things

that will come to pass, and to stand before the Son of Man.

Rev. 3:10

Because you have kept My command to persevere, I also will keep you from the hour of trial

which will come upon the whole world, to test those who dwell on the earth.
