1260 42Months Time Times and half and 1290

Hi John and Doves,

Here is another calculation check to ponder.

I was earnestly praying a few days back about why so many believers have so many different opinions.
In any case, I went back to the passages on 1260/42monts/Time, Times and a half a time, as it seems to me that Garry B seems right and
that the tribulation is likely 3.5 years instead of 7, and so can all these periods all overlap and be the same??

So, the short version, is that after looking at all the passages, is that I believe that these periods all can fit into the same final 1260 days.
But additionaly, as I dig into this in the following, I also dug out of reading the interlinked passages, that MAYBE:
The 1290 days until the Abomination of desolation happens before the last 1260, so that the Abomination will be before the final 1260, and ALSO that will likely give us a 1290/1335 day count before the final 1260.
And MAYBE Christ coming in the clouds in glory happens also BEFORE the 1260.

So, backing up to how I got there as follows...

1260 again - are these at the same time, or different!?!?

6TH SEAL and great EARTHQUAKE
Stars fell to earth / Sky rolled up like a scroll
Kings / hide rocks, wrath fall on us.
144,000 sealed
Rev 7 - multitude arrive in the throne room
Checking the GREEK of "they that come out of the tribulation" it seems that it COULD mean "they that come out BEFORE the tribulation"
THEN - 7th SEAL

Hail and fire - 1 3rd of the earth burned up
4 angels/4 trumpets, the woe
locusts
6th angel - kill a 3rd of mankind
When 7th angel sounds - mystery of God will be accomplished

REV 11 - is this a different vision?? A different perspective????
Gentiles - trample the holy city for 42 months
AND I will give power to my 2 witnesses they will prophecy for 1260 days

THEN beast will attack them and kill them
3.5 days and THEN they will rise
Severe earthquake
2nd Woe passed, and 3rd woe coming
7th angel sounded his trumpet - KINGDOM has become kingdom of christ
(((So the above 42 months/ 1260 days, COULD be an "INSERTED VIEW of the same 3.5 years????)))
As this seems to be THE END

((So this COULD be the same time as Gentiles trample city, and 2 witnesses))
((Child snatched up COULD be the raptured church just before??))

Beast blasphemy / authority for 42 months
So THIS could still be the SAME 42 months as the previous, and the 1260 and the TIME/TIMES half a time
Given power to make war against the saints and conquor them (WhIle at the same time they are protected in the desert????)
REV 14 - THEN THE LAMB STANDING ON MOUT ZION
Fear God. Hour of his judgement has come
Sickle and reap. Harvest has come

REV 15 -  7 last plagues (are these the same as the 7 trumpets?? Duplicate from a different view???)
Sea of glass … those victorious over the beast
(Wait a sec, if these are victorious over the beast, then the beasts reign has been???)
REV 16 - 7 bowls of Gods wrath
Sores on people who HAD the mark (so this is LATER)
(So it seems that these 7 last plagues are LATER in time than the trumpets.. Maybe)

So it seems like these all COULD be overlapping

(((So this 1260 could match the ones in revelation which is the beast/Gentiles in control, while saints in desert.

At that time Michael, the great

arise. There will be a time of distress
such as has not happened from the
beginning of nations until then. But at
that time your people-everyone whose
name is found written in the book-will be
delivered.
2Multitudes who sleep in the dust of the
earth will awake: some to everlasting life,
others to shame and everlasting

3Those who are wise will shine like the
brightness of the heavens, and those
who lead many to righteousness, like
the stars for ever and ever.

(((So this time/times and half can match the others in Revelatin 1260/42

AND SO THE 1290 and the 1335

11"From the time that the daily sacrifice
is abolished and the abomination that
causes desolation is set up, there will be
1,290 days.
12Blessed is the one who waits for and
reaches the end of the 1,335 days.

So 3.5 years before that

12th April 2026

BUT wait a sec - what if the 1335 days is instead talking about the rapture just before the 1260????

Passover 2026 is 1st to 9th April

So 1335 days before that is

13th Aug 2022

So if THIS is the starting point - 13 Aug 2022, then THIS could be the date that that daily sacrifice is abolished, and FROM this date we count forward BOTH the 1290 and the 1335
So from this point in Aug 2022, then 1290 days forward is when the abomination that causes desolation is set up
So 23rd Feb 2026 is a possible date that the abomination that causes desolation is set up.

So from this point in Aug 2022, then 1335 days forward is a possible rapture of the church just before the great tribulation which may be 1260 days long
Passover 2026 is 1st to 9th April
This may be the date of the rapture and the start of the tribulation

So the above calculations give a possible calc based on 2029 being the end, based on 29AD being the start of Jesus ministry

Abomination of desolation may occur a few months earlier in Feb 2026
The pointer of the daily sacrifice being abolished may be Aug 2022 (eg 13th Aug 2022)

So if in the above we instead put 2027 as being the end point, based instead on 27AD being the start of Jesus ministry

Possible Rapture and start of final 3.5 years of tribulation April 2024
Abomination of desolation may occur a few months earlier in Feb 2024
The pointer of the daily sacrifice being abolished may be Aug 2020 (eg 13th Aug 2020)

So, lets see if this "passes the pub test" as we say in Australia. Does it make sense??

If in Daniel 12. The message - assuming primarily to the Jewish people, is that there will be a "time of distress"
It will be for a Time, Times and half a time - all these things completed
(Between the time of distress, and then the completion)

Then the statement about the 1290 and the 1335 is a separate statement
and at the END of the 1290 days the abomination that causes desolation is set up
So most LIKELY the abomination that causes desolation is set up BEFORE the final 3.5 years
So likely this 1290 days starts and counts up TOWARDS the final 3.5 years.
So that makes sense

And can all the other 3.5 years / time, times and half a time / 42 months and the 1260 days all be the same length of time????

(((So in this final 1260 days, the Gentiles could trample the holy city, and the 2 witnesses could be prophecying at the same time

REV 13 - the beast
5The beast was given a mouth to utter
proud words and blasphemies and to
exercise his authority for forty-two
months.

((So the people of God could be taken care of for the 1260 days, and the Gentiles trampling the city for 42 months, and the beast having authority for 42 months

Now if the Abomination is set up BEFORE the final 3.5 years, how does that fit in with Jesus Christ's words?
So, back to Daniel 9

27He will confirm a covenant with many
for one 'seven.' In the middle of the
'seven' he will put an end to sacrifice
and offering. And on a wing of the
temple he will set up an abomination
that causes desolation, until the end that
is decreed is poured out on him. "

Now, in my thinking, I have been thinking that JESUS is the one that confirms the covenant with many and then "puts an end to sacrifice" by his death on the cross
BUT, that would mean that likely the SECOND half of this verse is a "different HIM" in relation to an abomination. Maybe
So that part would be

And on a wing of the
temple he will set up an abomination
that causes desolation, until the end that
is decreed is poured out on him. "

So, it’s a stretch, but if this part is a different "HE", then the abomination is set up EARLY "until".. So this could mean the abomination is setup before the final 1260 years

Daniel 11.
29"At the appointed time he will invade
the South again,

30Ships of the western coastlands will
oppose him, and he will lose heart. Then
he will turn back and vent his fury
against the holy covenant. He will return
and show favor to those who forsake the
holy covenant.
31"His armed forces will rise up to
desecrate the temple fortress and will
abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will
set up the abomination that causes
desolation.

33"Those who are wise will instruct many,
though for a time they will fall by the
sword or be burned or captured or
plundered.

35Some of the wise will stumble, so that
they may be refined, purified and made
spotless until the time of the end, for it
will still come at the appointed time.

36"The king will do as he pleases. He will
exalt and magnify himself above every
god and will say unheard-of things
against the God of gods. He will be
successful until the time of wrath is
completed, for what has been
determined must take place.

41He will also invade the Beautiful Land.
Many countries will fall, but Edom, Moab
and the leaders of Ammon will be
delivered from his hand.
42He will extend his power over many
countries; Egypt will not escape.

AT THAT TIME

At that time Michael, the great
prince who protects your people, will
arise. There will be a time of distress
such as has not happened from the
beginning of nations until then.


It will be for a
time, times and half a time. When the
power of the holy people has been
finally broken, all these things will be
completed. (7b)


JESUS in MATTHEW
MATTHEW 24
14And this gospel of the kingdom will be
preached in the whole world as a
testimony to all nations, and then the
end will come.

15"So when you see standing in the holy
place 'the abomination that causes
desolation,' spoken of through the
prophet Daniel--let the reader
understand--
16then let those who are in Judea flee to
the mountains.

21For then there will be great distress,
unequaled from the beginning of the
world until now--and never to be
equaled again.

So this seems to fit that the ABOMINATION that causes desolation is JUST BEFORE the last 1260 days

And in this time there will be false christs.
DO not believe a false christ at that time
27For as lightning that comes from the
east is visible even in the west, so will
be the coming of the Son of Man.

WAIT A SEC - BACK TO MY TIMELINE - MAYBE there is 1290 days UP TO THE ABOMINATION< but then 1335 until possible rapture and then start of the final 1260 days
So IN THAT TIME PERIOD between the 1290 and 1335 (if they count from the same point)
ie within those 45 days, THAT is the time when Jesus says "be aware of false christs"… and MAYBE, just MAYBE then at the end of that 45 days
which MAY Be  Feb to April 2026, or Feb to April 2024

Then MAYBE at this point, THEN Christ dips down and takes up his church before the final 1260 wrath, and MAYBE that is what Jesus is talking about in this part????

27For as lightning that comes from the
east is visible even in the west, so will
be the coming of the Son of Man.

28Wherever there is a carcass, there the
vultures will gather.

(((MAYBE THIS CAN BE TRANSLATED SIMILAR TO THE LUKE 17 verse as - WHERE THE BODY IS, there the EAGLES FLY - which MAY point to the rapture of the BODY of believers, flying up like eagles!

29"Immediately after the distress of those
days " 'the sun will be darkened, and the
moon will not give its light; the stars will
fall from the sky, and the heavenly
bodies will be shaken.'
30"At that time the sign of the Son of
Man will appear in the sky, and all the
nations of the earth will mourn. They will
see the Son of Man coming on the
clouds of the sky, with power and great
glory.
31And he will send his angels with a loud
trumpet call, and they will gather his
elect from the four winds, from one end
of the heavens to the other.

So - checking for ABOMINATION AGAIN

MARK 13
10And the gospel must first be preached
to all nations.

14"When you see 'the abomination that
causes desolation' standing where it
does not belong--let the reader
understand--then let those who are in
Judea flee to the mountains.

18Pray that this will not take place in
winter,
19because those will be days of distress
unequaled from the beginning, when
God created the world, until now--and
never to be equaled again.

So MAYBE this abomination signals "the time just before the final 3.5 years, when christ comes and scoops up his bride" just before the final 1260 days
22For false Christs and false prophets
will appear

24"But in those days, following that
distress, " 'the sun will be darkened, and
the moon will not give its light;
25the stars will fall from the sky, and the
heavenly bodies will be shaken.'
26"At that time men will see the Son of
Man coming in clouds with great power
and glory.
27And he will send his angels and gather
his elect from the four winds, from the
ends of the earth to the ends of the
heavens.
So, this "DISTRESS" could be when the Abomination starts, and MAYBE Christ scoops up his people, and MAYBE then the last 1260 days of wrath occurs.
(((So in this final 1260 days, the Gentiles could trample the holy city, and the 2 witnesses could be prophecying at the same time
((So the people of God could be taken care of for the 1260 days, and the Gentiles trampling the city for 42 months, and the beast having authority for 42 months

And IF this is possible, ie that Christ coming in the clouds actually happens BEFORE the final 1260 days of wrath, and that there are a small band of believers who are protected for this final 1260 days,
then this makes more sense to me that "Christ comes in Glory" and all will see it.

ie, what is the point of him coming in glory at the END of the tribulation when most of the earth is trashed and most of the people are dead, and there are no believers left!!!!!!!!!!!
Wheras if "his coming in Glory" is BEFORE the final 1260 in wrath, then EVERYONE will see him!!!!

How does that fit with Acts!?!?!

Acts 1

9After he said this, he was taken up
before their very eyes, and a cloud hid
him from their sight.
10They were looking intently up into the
sky as he was going, when suddenly
two men dressed in white stood beside
them.
11"Men of Galilee," they said, "why do
you stand here looking into the sky?
This same Jesus, who has been taken
from you into heaven, will come back in
the same way you have seen him go
into heaven."

So, IF the ABOMINATION happens BEFORE the 1260, and CHRIST ALSO COMES IN THE CLOUDS IN GLORY before the 1260, then how does that link with Revelation???
MAYBE, the ABOMINATION is set up, and THEN the 6th SEAL and the earthquake

12I watched as he opened the sixth seal.
There was a great earthquake. The sun
turned black like sackcloth made of goat
hair, the whole moon turned blood red,
13and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as
late figs drop from a fig tree when
shaken by a strong wind.
14The sky receded like a scroll, rolling up,
and every mountain and island was
removed from its place.
15Then the kings of the earth, the
princes, the generals, the rich, the
mighty, and every slave and every free
man hid in caves and among the rocks
of the mountains.
16They called to the mountains and the

AFTER THIS is REVELATION 7, and sealing of 144,000 and the "arrival in heaven of a great multitude"

9After this I looked and there before me
was a great multitude that no one could
count, from every nation, tribe, people
and language, standing before the
throne and in front of the Lamb. They
were wearing white robes and were
holding palm branches in their hands.

REV 14 - now how does THIS fit in????
don't take the mark.

14I looked, and there before me was a
white cloud, and seated on the cloud
was one "like a son of man" with a
crown of gold on his head and a sharp
sickle in his hand.
15Then another angel came out of the
temple and called in a loud voice to him
who was sitting on the cloud, "Take your
sickle and reap, because the time to
reap has come, for the harvest of the
earth is ripe."
16So he who was seated on the cloud
swung his sickle over the earth, and the
earth was harvested.

COULD THIS PART OF THE VISION BE BEFORE the 1260 days!?!?!?! Ie Rev 14:14??????
And the HARVEST HAPPENS< and THEN the wrath!?!?!?
Maybe in that short 45 days between Feb and April?????
Then maybe the SECOND part of the HARVEST - the GRAPES OF WRATH then goes into the 1260 days????

18Still another angel, who had charge of
the fire, came from the altar and called
in a loud voice to him who had the sharp
sickle, "Take your sharp sickle and
gather the clusters of grapes from the
earth's vine, because its grapes are
ripe."
19The angel swung his sickle on the
earth, gathered its grapes and threw
them into the great winepress of God's
wrath.
20They were trampled in the winepress
outside the city, and blood flowed out of
the press, rising as high as the horses'
bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.
