Genesis 7:11 In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.

When the judgment came, water came up from the fountains of great deep, and down from the windows of heaven.

During the tribulation, will it be the same, judgment from below and above?

I'm referring to fallen celestial beings from below and from above.
