Revelation 12 actually describe two separate occurences where a dragon tries to kill the Woman.
The 1st Attempt happened when the Woman was READY TO DELIVER and the dragon still have its dominion in the heaven.Rev 12:4 ....and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to deliver, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5 And she brought forth a MAN CHILD....The 2nd Attempt happens when the woman have already delivered and the dragon has already lost its place in heaven
Rev 12:13 And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the MAN CHILD
These two efforts to kill the Woman is actually separated by TWO THOUSAND years.
Look at the word MAN CHILD, it was written two times by John (verse 5 and 13)Does the Church only consist of MAN ? No. So this doesn't speak about the church
So who is this MAN CHILD ?
History has shown that when Jesus Christ was born, the Roman government / Herod has ordered the massacre of infants below two years old but he failed to kill Jesus Christ who was raised to heaven after His resurrection.
The RCC has reinstituted the fallen Roman Empire by receiving the power from Justinian Decree declared in the year 534 AD but it was implemented in 538 AD and ended in 1798 when Napoleon sent General Berthier to arrest the Pope and ended its supremacy for 1260 years, where the Jews and the Christians suffered horrible and many brutal death under the Inquisition. This explains why the woman run into 'wilderness' for 1260 years.
So when will the 2nd attempts by the dragon to kill the woman take place ?
It will happen in the Great Tribulation when the dragon has been cast unto the earth already, exactly after the Two Witnesses are killed at 3.5 years of testimony and then antichrist enter the 3rd temple and declare himself as God :
Look how Jesus warned the jews to escape from the coming massacre by the antichrist, which actually explains how the dragon will try to kill the woman for the 2nd time.Matt 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)
16 Then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains:
Rev 12:14 And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle,
God will rescue the Jews as He did in Egypt :
Exodus 19:4 4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles’ wings, and brought you unto myself.
Rev 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the REMNANT of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
The REMNANT are those Jews in the world who did not participate in the EXODUS but they hv already become the believer of the Christ as they have Torah and New Testament :

The REMNANT also speaks about the 144000 Literal Jews who work in the Grief Tribulation, which the devil will make war with.
The 144000 are not spiritual Christians.Spiritual Christians do not belong to this tribe or that tribe, do they ?You are a spiritual christian but you dont belong to any Israelite Tribe whatsoever.
