I would do a PRE-EMPTIVE Strike!!

And it would be an EMP detonation high above the capital.

An EMP would STOP ALL Electronics....and I assume, the ability to launch missiles !!

NO Loss of life...
NO ability to strike Guam or the US....

(And then a ground assault....to stop any artillery and short range missile on S Korea....)



And the Rapture..........still on for week of Sept 18-23 ??
