     "And as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.
     They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
     Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;
     But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.
     Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed."  
                                                                                      Luke 17:26-30
Introduction
     The Lord Jesus Christ Himself gave to His disciples the above inspired statements.  At the time the Lord then "appears" [Colossians 3:4] to resurrect and rapture His people to glory, we can then depend on world conditions being exactly as the Lord, in these Scriptures, said that they would be!  
     Now my question?   Do those who "profess" to be "Christian believers," regardless of your "denominational theology," actually believe what the Lord Jesus Christ Himself said here?   Well...???   
     Have our readers taken a really serious look at the activities of the whole world system around us today?   Especially in view of what the Lord Himself prophesied would be going on in the world, at the very  time when He "is revealed?"  Well...???
     In case any reader hasn't given this matter your serious attention, just keep reading, and you will get your cup full.....
 The Days of Noah are here again!
     Eating and Drinking.....The Lord Jesus Himself said that mankind in general, during "the days of Noah," was eating and drinking, and marrrying and giving in marriage, right up "until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came; and destroyed them all."   Indeed, this statement was a generalization of the whole world system by the Lord.  But if we examine these statements in depth, comparing them with what is actually stated in Genesis 6 - 8, there is much more we can learn about the world system which existed in the "days of Noah," just preceding the flood.
     Christ specifically stated that pre-flood mankind was eating and drinking.  Since eating and drinking are necessary to maintain life, it should be glaringly obvious that Christ was not speaking of normal eating and drinking.  Rather, He was indicating that pre-flood humanity had given themselves over to gorging on food, and to excessive drinking, likely to the point of widespread drunkenness.  
     On the latter point, I certainly do not think the Lord meant that they were drinking too much sweet milk and ice tea.  While Noah, a righteous man [Hebrews 11:7], did not discover fermentation of wine until after the flood [Genesis 9:20-27], it appears that the wicked on the earth had already figured out how to ferment wine into alcohol before the flood.  
      Marrying and Giving in Marriage.......How many readers have carefully considered this statement of the Lord?  Why, under the world conditions that existed at that time, would anyone want to marry, believing that they could have a family and a great future?  Or why would they give their daughter (or son) in marriage to someone?  Both statements reveal that mankind on the earth at that time was expecting life to continue right on just as it normally did with each passing day.  They didn't have a clue that the whole world system was headed for imminent collapse, and judgment by Almighty God.
     The Nephilim.......Then as we turn to the actual inspired record of the pre-flood world in Genesis 6 - 8, there was also contact between mankind and extra-terrestrials in those days, and even cohabitation between humans and extra-terrestrials. The first seven verses of Genesis 6 describe such contact in detail.  This contact was between mankind and the angels [sons of God...fallen angels] who chose to follow the "anointed cherub" [Satan; Ezekiel 28] in his rebellion against Almighty God.   This resulted in the births of the nephilim, an extremely  wicked race of beings who were not true humans.  
      Sadly, there are many reports of women today bearing children due to having sexual intercourse with spirits.  These reports began to surface in the 1970's, and have increased with the passing of time.  Anyone who has seriously looked into and studied demonism and witchcraft knows that I am speaking the truth.  Have the nephilim returned?  I cannot dogmatically say so, but I highly suspect that there are nephilim working in "high places" in the governments of the world today, to bring about the prophesied New World Order in preparation of the coming of the anti-christ.    
      Because of these nephilim during the time of Noah, the inspired Word explicitly states, "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually," 6:5.  Now look around you at the world system today.  Every honest reader knows that wickedness of every sort is abounding all over the whole earth today.
     Violence.......Genesis 6:11-12 also states, "The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.   And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt, for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth."
     I presently live in Rolla, Missouri, which is located approximately 100 miles a little to the southwest of St. Louis.  The TV News we receive comes from the St. Louis stations.  Every single day, without fail, there is from one to five or six murders reported on the news as having occurred in St. Louis, plus shootings, car jackings, robberies, assaults, rapes, child abuse, and on and on.  The St. Louis TV news actually reported about a month ago that St. Louis has become the No. 1 city in America for criminal activity.
     Even as I write this study the news has reported the latest terrorist attack in Barcelona, Spain.  Every few days there is a terrible attack somewhere in the world.  As I write, demonstrating, fighting, and rioting are happening on both the east and west coasts of America.  
    Truly, today "the earth is filled with violence."  Whether some readers want to believe it or not, a repetition of "the days of Noah" is here right now!
The Days of Lot Are Also Here!  
     The Lord Jesus Christ brought these two different time periods in human history together in His prophecy in Luke 17:26-30.   
     In speaking of "the days of Lot," the Lord described those days in six definite statements, "...they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded..."   
      I personally think the Lord's reference to eating and drinking here, has the same meaning as it did in reference to "the days of Noah."  So let's just move forward to their buying and selling.  
     They bought, they sold......In His statement, the Lord was emphasizing that "business" was booming in "the days of Lot."  Any reader who doesn't realize that the whole world system today functions on buying and selling; world trade, is either brain dead, or is living as a recluse or hermit.  Everywhere one turns today, someone is out to make "a fast buck."  Most people in the world system today have no scruples against distorting the truth a little, outright lying, conniving, conning, scamming,  cheating, and even stealing, if it will take money out of the people's pockets, and put that money in their own.  This is the sad truth about the times we are living in today.  Money has become the "god of this present world," and millions today are lusting after "the Almighty dollar," far more than the few who are seeking to live a Godly and righteous life.   Glaring evidence that we are living today in a repetition of "the days of Lot."
     They planted, they builded.......Here, just as in the Lord's statement about "the days of Noah," is glaring evidence, that the world system today doesn't have a clue about the future.  Most of the world system today believes that life is going to go right on, just as it always has.  
     If a farmer today really believed that we are living in the days "when the Son of man is going to be revealed," then why would they be planting crops and planning on a future harvest?   Well...??
     Folks, this is the month of August.  Now look around the countryside and see for yourself the plowing of the ground, and the planting of the seed that is taking place right now.  These people are not expecting the Lord to come to resurrect and rapture His people to glory.   Rather, they are planning on next year's harvest to put more money in their pockets.  
     And building........Everywhere one goes today, they can see countless new buildings going up.  Homes, apartment buildings, businesses, factories, etc. are being erected as fast as the construction workers can put them up.  In every city, town, and village in America, and in other countries around the world.  Obviously, while the whole world system is teetering on the edge of immiment economic and moral collapse, the lost, unbelieving, world is ignoring all the "signs," and has only  great hopes for a properous future for the whole world.
     Moral Values.......Now every honest reader knows that the besetting sin of Sodom and Gomorrah in "the days of Lot" was the practice of sexual perversion, including homosexuality.   
     Now take a long, hard, look at what is happening to moral values in the world around us today.   Homosexuality has not only been "legally" approved by the Supreme Court of the United States of America, but now even homosexual marriage has been made "legal."  The practice of homosexuality and homosexual marriage is spreading like wildfire all over this nation, as well as in other countries around the world.  
     And do the decent people of the world dare oppose it?  Don't miss the fact that the homos in Sodom were ready to brutally murder Lot and his family, who were opposed to their wicked practices.  Read the account for yourself in Genesis 19.   
     Then is it just "coincidence" that riots, fights, beatings, and even deaths have occurred in some of the so-called "demonstrations" in this country being promoted by those favoring the homosexual "life style?"  Is it also just "coincidence" that a homosexual Bible is being prepared for "homosexual Christians," [?] which totally omits all present Scriptural references in God's Word to homosexuality.   If any reader really wants to know what the Lord God Almighty thinks of homosexuality, then read
Leviticus 18, Leviticus 20, Romans 1:21-32, and 1 Corinthians 6:9-11.  These inspired Scriptures are quite clear that there is no such thing as "a homosexual Christian."  Such a varmint simply does not exist, regardless of what the homosexuals claim.         
      And  yes, I am quite sure that I will personally experience the wrath of the homosexual crowd in one way or another, for what I have written here.  However, I love and fear the Lord God of Heaven, more than I do any man.  Is this stated clearly enough?   I trust in the living God!   
     In view of these things I have expounded on, is there any doubt in the minds of any honest reader, that a repetition of "the days of Lot" is here, today, right now, while I am writing?
      The Implications of These Truths
     The Lord Jesus Christ clearly stated that a repetition of "the days of Noah," and "the days of Lot" would be prevailing on the earth at the very time when He "is revealed" again, as He comes to resurrect and rapture His people [true believers] to glory.  And, dear readers, it is here!  
     This means that the prophesied resurrection and rapture of all true New Covenant believers could take place at any minute of any day now.  Praise the Lord!  Hallelujah!  Glory to God!   
     It also means that the destruction of the unbelieving wicked is swiftly approaching.  Did our readers notice that the same flood which delivered righteous Noah who had entered into the ark of safety, also destroyed "all" of the unbelievers left on the earth," Luke 17:27.   
     Likewise, "the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all," Luke 17:29.  
     Folks, the prophetic Scriptures are quite plain that the terrible years of the Tribulation judgments immediately follow the resurrection and rapture of God's people from off the face of the earth.  Every single person left behind on this earth following the rapture, will either repent and receive Christ during the seven years of the Tribulation, or they will die horrible deaths from the "fire and brimstone" poured out upon the earth during the Trib.   Read Malachi 4:1 and Revelation 8:7.  
And Where are We At?
     As already stated, we are right now living in a repetition of "the days of Noah," and "the days of Lot."   This means that our precious Lord Jesus could now come for us believers at any minute of any day.  
     The inspired Word explicitly states, "The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come," Acts 2:20.   I am writing this study exactly two days before the great Solar Eclipse is to occur here in America on Monday, August 21st.  During this eclipse the Sun will be totally "turned into darkness," as the eclipse makes its way from coast to coast across this whole nation.  Is this telling us anything?   Or, are there some who simply aren't listening?   Read Romans 1:21-22.  
Another Question Answered
     There are those Americans who simply will not pay attention to any of the prophecies of God's Word.  I have had some get very angry with me and rail against me, for pointing out the great prophetic truths of the Word.  However, I am not moved by such animosity towards me.  It is the Lord God I seek to please and serve, rather than men.  
      I have had some dogmatically tell me that America is the greatest nation on earth, and the Lord will never destroy this nation.  Oh, is that so?   No, it most certainly is not so!   Anytime any nation or people turn away from serving the Lord, which is exactly what America as a nation  has done, they can only expect God's judgment to come upon them.  
     Now, I set two inspired Scriptures before our readers to either acknowledge as truth, or tell the Lord God that He lies.  Be very careful as you read them, for the Lord knows and tries the thoughts of the heart,
"The wicked shall be turned
into hell, and all the nations
that forget God," Psalm 9:17.  

"Fear thou not, O Jacob My
servant, saith the Lord: for I
will make a full end of all the
nations whither I have driven
thee: but I will not make a full
end of thee, but correct thee in
measure; yet will I not leave
thee wholly unpunished,"
Jeremiah 46:28.   
     Now do these inspired Scriptures speak the truth, or do they not?  Do these inspired Scriptures include the United States of America, or do they not?  Folks, there are more Jewish people in and around New York City today, than there are in Israel.   Does the reader really believe God's Word, are you just pretending to be "the Christian" you "profess" to be?  
      Be very careful how you answer, for the Lord God is listening, Matthew 12:36-37.   
Conclusion
     Dear readers, we are living in a repetition right now of "the days of Noah," and "the days of Lot."  Just as the Lord saved Noah from the flood, and Lot from the fire and brimstone which fell upon Sodom, so He will save His people from "this present evil world," Galatians 1:4.   
     Are you ready?   Are you truly saved by His grace?   Carefully read John 3:3-7, 3:16, 3:18, 5:24, 14:6, Acts 4:12, 16:30-31, Romans 10:8-13, and Ephesians 2:8-10.   As you read these Scriptures, pray earnestly from your heart for the Lord God to reveal Himself to you.  If you truly mean business as you seek the Lord, He will be found of you, and you will be gloriously saved for time and eternity.   Then you can tell me about it when we meet in glory, following the resurrection and rapture in a few more days, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18.   Glory to God!
