I teach it, because there is a Mid-Trib Rapture. The wise-virgin saints are caught up during the reign of Antichrist. The foolish-virgin saints are caught up during the reign of the False Prophet.

> From about 1960 until recently, I thought the Rapture would be Pre-Trib.
Now, I think different. Why? because I found the Mid-Trib Rapture in Scripture.

There are two Raptures, a First-Trump Rapture and a Last-Trump Rapture.

After the first Rapture, Jesus is given the seven-sealed book and all the saints sing the New Song (Rev 5:9). After the last Rapture, only the 144,000 can sing the New Song (Rev 14:1-3).

None of the Tribulation is the wrath of God. It comes on the Day of the Lord that follows the Tribulation.

THE FIRST-TRUMP RAPTURE: THE WISE-VIRGIN SAINTS ARE CAUGHT UP, AND PUT ON INCORRUPTION, BUT HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IMMORTAL BODIES

ITh 4:16,17 (KJV) says, "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

1Co 15:23 (NIV) says, "But each in turn: Christ, the firstfruits (i.e., the OT saints Jesus took to Heaven on Firstfruits); then, when he comes, those who belong to him."

1Co 15:42-44 (KJV) says, "So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: 43  It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: 44  It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body."

THE LAST-TRUMP RAPTURE: THE FOOLISH VIRGINS ARE CAUGHT UP, THEN ALL SAINTS RECEIVE IMMORTAL BODIES

1Co 15:51-54 (KJV) says, "Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53  For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54  So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory."

IN REV. 13:5-11, THOSE "THAT DWELL IN HEAVEN" ARE CAUGHT UP DURING THE REIGN OF ANTICHRIST, THE FIRST BEAST

Rev 13:5-11 says, "And there was given unto him (i.e., Antichrist) a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months (i.e., the first half of the Tribulation). 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and THEM THAT DWELL IN HEAVEN (i.e., the wise-virgin saints that are caught up to Heaven Mid-Trib). 7  And it was given unto him to make war with the saints (i.e., the foolish-virgin saints that are left behind the first time), and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. 8  And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. 9  If any man have an ear, let him hear. 10  He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. 11  And I beheld ANOTHER BEAST (i.e., the Satan-possessed FALSE PROPHET) coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon."

AT THE FIRST-TRUMP RAPTURE, THERE IS NO EARTHQUAKE, AND NO ONE GETS AN IMMORTAL BODY

1Th 4:16,17 says, "For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17  Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

AT THE LAST-TRUMP RAPTURE, THERE IS A TREMENDOUS EARTHQUAKE AND ALL SAINTS GET IMMORTAL BODIES, INCLUDING PAUL

THERE IS NO EARTHQUAKE AT THE TIME OF THE RAPTURE IN REV. 4:1 AND 11:1.

Rev 4:1 says, "After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, COME UP HITHER, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter."

In Rev 10:11, John is told, "Thou must prophesy AGAIN before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings."

Immediately afterward, he wrote Rev. 11:1-3. "RISE" represents the First-Trump Rapture at Mid-Trib, and there is no earthquake.

Rev 11:1-3 says, "And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, RISE, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. 2  But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. 3  And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days (i.e., during the Great Tribulation), clothed in sackcloth."

AT THE TRANSFIGURATION, WHICH REPRESENTED A RAPTURE, THERE WAS NO EARTHQUAKE

Mat 17:1-3 says, "And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother, and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart (i.e., picturing the Rapture after 6000 years of time had gone by), 2  And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun, and his raiment was white as the light. 3  And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with him."

Mar 9:2-4 says, "And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them. 3  And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them. 4  And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus."

Luk 9:28-35 says, "And it came to pass about an eight days after these sayings, he took Peter and John and James, and went up into a mountain to pray. 29  And as he prayed, the fashion of his countenance was altered, and his raiment was white and glistering. 30  And, behold, there talked with him two men, which were Moses and Elias: 31  Who appeared in glory, and spake of his decease which he should accomplish at Jerusalem. 32  But Peter and they that were with him were heavy with sleep: and when they were awake, they saw his glory, and the two men that stood with him. 33  And it came to pass, as they departed from him, Peter said unto Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias: not knowing what he said. 34  While he thus spake, there came a cloud, and overshadowed them: and they feared as they entered into the cloud. 35  And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him."

MOSES AND ELIJAH APPEARED WHEN JESUS ASCENDED, AS IN THE FIRST RAPTURE, AND THERE WAS NO EARTHQUAKE

Act 1:9-11 says, "And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10  And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men (i.e., Moses and Elijah) stood by them in white apparel; 11  Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven."

Moses and Elijah will come Mid-Trib, so Jesus will come to rapture us at Mid-Trib, AND THERE WILL BE NO EARTHQUAKE AT THAT TIME.

After Moses and Elijah, the two witnesses when Jesus ascended, prophesy 1260 days (i.e., during the Great Tribulation), they are killed. After 3.5 days, they come back to life and are caught up to Heaven, and within an hour there will be a GREAT EARTHQUAKE.

Rev 11:12-14 says, "And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, COME UP HITHER. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. 13  And the same hour was there a GREAT EARTHQUAKE, and the tenth part of the city fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. 14  The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly."

Rev 12:1-14 says, "And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: 2  And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered. 3  And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. 4  And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. 5  And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. 6  And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. 7  And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, 8  And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven. 9  And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

10  And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now (arti, just now) is come salvation (soteria, rescue, deliverance, salvation, i.e., the First Rapture), and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. 11  And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death. 12  Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time. 13  And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. 14  And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness (i.e., Mid-Trib), into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time (i.e., during the Great Tribulation), from the face of the serpent."

Dan 12:1,2 says, "And at that time (i.e., Mid-Trib) shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be (i.e., after the Rapture) a time of trouble (i.e., the Great Tribulation), such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. 2  And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt."

POPE FRANCES SAID

THE BIBLE SAYS, "WHOSOEVER SHALL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED"

Rom 10:9-13 says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 11  For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. 12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. 13  For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."

THE DAY OF JESUS CHRIST IS THE MID-TRIB DAY OF THE FIRST-TRUMP RAPTURE

Php_1:10 says, "That ye may approve things that are excellent; that ye may be sincere and without offence till the day of Christ".

Php_2:16 says, "Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.".

2Th_2:2 says, "That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.".

1Co_5:5 says, "To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus."

2Co_1:14 says, "As also ye have acknowledged us in part, that we are your rejoicing, even as ye also are ours in the day of the Lord Jesus."

THE DAY OF THE LORD IS THE DAY OF THE LAST-TRUMP RAPTURE; IT COMES AT THE END OF THE TRIBULATION

Act_2:20 says, "The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before that great and notable day of the Lord come".

2Pe_3:10 says, "But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up."

Isa 13:6 says, "Howl ye; for the day of the LORD is at hand; it shall come as a destruction from the Almighty."

Isa_13:9 says, "Behold, the day of the LORD cometh, cruel both with wrath and fierce anger, to lay the land desolate: and he shall destroy the sinners thereof out of it."

Isa_34:8 says, "For it is the day of the LORD'S vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion."

Joe 2:31,32 says, "The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the LORD come."32  And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the LORD shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call."

Rev 6:12 says, "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood".

Rev 6:17 says, "For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?"

Rev 7:13-15 says, "And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? 14  And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. 15  Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them."

LUKE 17 SUMS IT UP, THE FIRST-TRUMP RAPTURE WILL BE AS THE DAYS OF NOAH, THE LAST-TRUMP RAPTURE WILL BE AS THE DAYS OF LOT

Luk 17:26-29 says, "And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man. 27  They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all. 28  Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded; 29  But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all."

It looks like the First-trump Rapture will be on the Mid-Trib Day of Christ, and the Last-Trump Rapture will be on the Day of the Lord at the end of the Tribulation.

THE DEPARTURE (i.e., RAPTURE) COMES AT MID-TRIB, THEN THE FALSE PROPHET WILL BE REVEALED

2Th 2:3 (HNV) says, "Let no one deceive you in any way. For it will not be, unless the departure comes first, and the man of sin (i.e., the False Prophet) is revealed, the son of destruction".

CONCLUSION

The Antichrist rules during the first half of the Tribulation. Then the First-Trump Rapture takes place.

The False Prophet rules during the last half of the Tribulation. Then the Last-Trump Rapture takes place.
