"Remembering Lot's
wife"
The other day, on a podcast, I heard this guy look at:
Luke 17:32 Remember Lot's wife.
He did it sort of in relation to:
II Peter 2:20 For if after they have escaped the pollutions of
the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus
Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the
latter end is worse with them than the beginning.
So, that guy was tying it to the looking back to out old ways,
our old sins, and getting drawn back in, especially just before
the blessed hope.
I don't remember hearing it quite like that, nor have I thought
of it like that before.
It was really a scary, and an indicting, thought.
