"Still believing in the pre-trib rapture!!"

By 1 Cor 10:31

I was simply too tired & exhausted…. didn’t have the “oomph” to write anything last week.

So I am not responding to any individual’s claim per se regarding the debate of pre-trib vs. mid-trib.  Two of your letters this past week, I merely read the first sentence or two to see where you stood.

Obviously you’re not going to change my mind nor am I going to change yours.  People believe what they WANT to believe.  It’s always going to be like that until we get in the Word, pray for understanding, and know how to rightly divide Scripture.  Then hopefully we let that & that alone be our guide that persuades us.

So tell you what….. you wait & go at the mid-trib timing if you want…. By then, of course, good chunks of the entire world will be up in flames, the Holy Spirit will not be here to restrain evil, many – in fact most - people in the world will be starving to death (likely resort to eating their own children… pity, yet that’s how it will be)… and plenty of horrible et al scenarios that will happen not only daily, but hourly …. I digress.  As for me & my house, when the trumpet sounds and  providing the Lord counts us worthy to go & escape (per Luke 21:36)  then BYE…. We’re outta’ here at PRE-TRIB!!

I will not debate it any longer as all the Scriptures are plain as day and available for most anyone (perhaps barring 3rd world countries, but even so the Lord can manage to get His Word to them some how…)  Anyway, it’s there plain as day to read, to pray for understanding, and to accept at face value.

I choose to not debate it any more for 2 reasons:

1.   We are so very, very close to the rapture now that it just doesn’t make sense to keep rehashing the same things or to try to pry anyone’s eyes open this late in the game….. I believe I am called to do other things.

2.   From Titus 3 (chapter after talking about the Blessed Hope of the Christian) says: 8 This saying is trustworthy. And I want you to emphasize these things, so that those who have believed God will take care to devote themselves to good deeds. These things are excellent and profitable for the people. 9 But avoid foolish controversies, genealogies, arguments, and quarrels about the Law, because these things are pointless and worthless. 10 Reject a divisive man after a first and second admonition,…  (you may get online or find a Bible & continue reading…)

So there you have it!!!

1 Cor 10:31 ~~ strong believer in the PRE-TRIB Rapture!!
