Again; Zechariah prophesied of his own time
Of the first coming of Christ
And of the second coming of Christ
I hope to show in this letter that we can apply these three time periods for our time today: this last generation, his coming at the Rapture, and His second coming at the End as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Back in 2010 I was convinced the Rapture would be that year, as I believe that many here shared the same belief. I was in fervent prayer for Israel, the Church, and America, as I still am today. The Lord was gracious and gave me a vision of his word. His word, meaning My Bible.
He showed me this:
ISAIAH ah ab   1711, the lower case b flashed RED over the lower case h.
I understood I was to Begin with ISAIAH  and every prophet ending in AH, considering that (b) follows (a) in the flashing of the RED lower case (b) over (h.)
There are 8 prophets in the bible ending in AH
1. Nehemiah
2. Isaiah
3. Jeremiah
4. Obadiah
5.Jonah
6. Micah
7. Zephaniah
8.Zechariah
Of these, when we pronounce them, we make the HA sound. The sound of breath, when exhaling. This is representative of the breathe of God, whereby we receive our life and breath and our being. The voice of God through the mouth of these prophets. God had me begin with Isaiah. Therefore his message for me was concerning  Israel, the Church, and America. The very things I was praying for.
8 is the # in scripture which ultimately means eternal or eternity. 7 is the # for man's time here upon this earth. 7 also represents a literal 7 day week, and a 7 1000 year week, wherein the 7th literal day is a rest, and the 7th literal 1000th year is a rest.
God gave me 7 of the 8 prophets to read from concerning this message to me, for the answer to my prayers concerning Israel, the Church and America, the land for which I reside. God's word is eternal, Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. Matthew 24:35, Mark 13:31, Luke 21:33.

I have shared this before, but I feel it is important to relate it to current events, due to the message given using this formula, and the # sequence 1711 for each Prophet ending with AH that followed ISAIAH.
Looking at Zechariah: and walking circumspectly.
Zechariah 1:7 ... The four and twentieth day of the eleventh month which is the month Sebat (Shevat) in The Second Year of Darius.
Zechariah 1:8....A man riding upon a Red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees.
Zechariah 1:9... .I will show thee what these things be.
Zechariah 1:10...These are they whom The Lord hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth.
Zechariah 1:11....We walked to and fro through the earth, and behold, all the earth sits still, and is at rest. ( Revelation 6:4 Red horse and peace was taken from the earth)
Zechariah 1:12....How long wilt thou not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, these three score and ten years?  (70 years) Current time  1947-2017=70 years, The [Decree] went forth to restore Israel,  1948-2018=70 years, Israel back in the land)
Zechariah 1:14...the Lord said: I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy.
Zechariah 1:15 the Lord said; I am very displeased with "the heathen that are at ease." For I [was] but a little displeased, and they' helped [forward] the affliction.
Zechariah 1:16...Therefore thus saith the Lord; I AM RETURNED TO JERUSALEM WITH MERCIES.

We learn from these passages, certain things about "The Timing" in Zechariah's day and for the future. Things happening on earth, things happening in heaven, things for his day, and things for yet [a] future day. (our day)
It was the 2nd year of Darius--- The "new administration" or King was settled into power.
Israel has had their election, re-electing BB, on March 17, 2015, and America will have it's new President elected in Nov, 2016 and the new President takes the office Jan.1, 2017.
Israel has an electoral system based on nation-wide proportional representation, and the number of seats which every list receives in the Knesset is proportional to the # of voters who votes who voted for it. The only limitation is the 3.25% qualifying threshold. In other words, a party must receive at least 3.25% of the votes in order to be elected. According to this system, the voters vote for "a party list," and not for a particular person "on the list." Since the institution of the primaries system in some parties elect their candidates via the party's institutions. In the Ultra-Religious parties their spiritual leaders "appoint" the candidates. The Knesset "elections" take place ONCE EVERY FOUR YEARS, but the Knesset or "Prime Minister" can decide to hold early elections, and under certain circumstances' can "serve" MORE THAN FOUR YEARS.
Early elections for the "twentieth" Knesset were held in Israel on March 17, 2015.
This system began in 1966. Israel took back Jerusalem in 1967.
[Many] but not all, believe this September 23, 2015  the Jubilee is proclaimed.
I personally know that the # of months are off. 2013 had 13 months due to the fall equinox not occurring before the 21st of September. It occurred on the 22, of September 2013, and in this event, an EXTRA twenty eight days are to be added to the year.

How many times has this occurred throughout history, and Israel did not observe to add the extra 28 days? The 13th month.
Israel and the whole world is off' concerning The Times and Seasons, just as the Lord said, through the Prophet Daniel 2:21 and 1Thessalonians 5:1 KJV
God said "The Signs" will be given Before" the [something] happens! NOT when The Sign' is given! TIME is OFF!
Some are calling attention to this September 23, 2015 as "the something" which many have their hearts set on, concerning the rapture. These individuals ' are making a fortune selling their books and DVD's. They" make merchandise of us.
How then can we know [when] "the something" will happen? By the dates of the Decree', given to restore Israel, and when Israel was back in the Land.
1947 and 1948. AND when Israel controlled Jerusalem, 1967.
Jesus told us in Matthew 24 and 25, things' that are going to happen, so that when they [begin] to happen, we will believe. Let God be true, but EVERY man a liar, Romans 3:4 KJV that thou mightiest be justified "in thy sayings, [and mightiest overcome] "when thou art judged.
Remember An evil and adulterous generation, SEEKETH  after a sign. Matthew 12:39.
This also applies to the Jubilee year! If the Time is off, everything is off. Israel is also off on the year. 5775- 6000=225 years give or take a few years.
Lets us stick to scripture and not the words of men. Yours truly included. Verify all things for yourselves by the scriptures, in this will you not be ashamed before the Lord in the day of judgment.

Allow me to proceed with [the vision] I' received from the Lord and apply it to events happening today.
Isaiah 1:7 KJV   Your (my) country is desolate, your (my) cities are burned with fire: your (my) land, strangers' devour it in your presence, and it is desolate, [as overthrown by strangers.]
In 2010 I did not see this happening then, but I do now. Every day strangers are coming into our country and killing people, and [now] Obama has set up sanctuary cities. Muslems are now in our military, and will not fight against the muslems in Iraq, or Turkey. (these are strangers to us and they serve in our military) They are not one of us.
With the New Election coming in November 2016, [if] Trump should win, he said he would build A WALL to keep out the strangers from coming into our country illegally. One of the passages in the vision addresses this issue, for which I am amazed.
Micah 7:11 KJV   In the" day thy (my) walls ARE TO BE BUILT, "in that day" shall [The Decree] be far removed.
In 2010 who would have thought A Wall would be built here in America? Not me.

What Decree?  The decree that Israel should become a State.
In the aftermath of World War II and the terrors of the Holocaust, however, growing international support for Zionism led to the [official declaration] in 1948 of the State of Israel. May 14, 1948. On November 29,1947 the United States adopted Resolution 181 (also known as the Partition Resolution.)
On May 14. 1948, David Ben Gurion, the head of the Jewish Agency, proclaimed the establishment of the Jewish State of Israel. US President Harry S. Truman recognized the "new nation" on the same day. Eliahu Elath presented a silver [ark] to President Truman, which held the scrolls of the Torah.
So....in "that" day that our walls are to be built, the Decree shall be far removed.
70 years will have come. While BB is Prime minister of Israel, and possibly Trump as President. Year 2017, or 2018.
Lets us go now to Zechariah 1:7 one of the verses in this vision of Isaiah.and listed above.
On November 8, 2016 we elect our new president. He takes office Jan.1, 2017
According to Zechariah 1:7 "the new administration"
It was the second year of Darius--The new administration was settled into power. It was the 24th day of Shevat. In 2017, this will be equivalent to February 13th 2017.
So, it is now winter. The horses had been walking to and fro throughout the earth, but Now' seem stationary. 70 years has now passed for Jerusalem (the Decree)
Meaning for Today?
Whatever rulers are in power, they will be comfortably in position before the horses do anything else. Their may also be significant change in ruler ship.
  On monday Feb 13,2017 will be the 11th month 24 day of Shevat / Sebat.
Shevat means "rod," meaning that it's a time of "judgment" an allusion of Rosh Ha Shananah, and the myrtle trees (horses at rest) either represent:
A. A scene "after" the 4 horse mission is complete, or
B. A scene immediately "before" the 4 horses are released.
Zechariah 7:1  4th day 9th month even in Kislev / Chisleu
Monday November 12, 2018.
Zechariah 7:11, But they  refused to hearken, and pulled away the shoulder, and stopped their ears, that they should not hear.
This applies to the backslidden church, and to the stiff necked Israel, wherein they are both blind, and need save for their eyes, that they might see. But God is saying in this passage, they don't.
Israel was officially re-born in 1948. 70 (threescore and ten) years from that date will be 2018. Jacob's trouble will last 3 1/2 years. So the horses would ride either by 2014, or "after" 2018?
There had been one warning before that, about 3 months earlier. This would have been the month of Chesvan- the month immediately after the "Fall Feasts."
Zechariah 1:1 the eighth month, in the 2nd year of Darius.
Zechariah 1:2 the (Lord) hath been (sore) (displeased) with your fathers.
With other events preceeding the horses, they' are fully released between 2 mountains of brass by chapter 6.
Zechariah 6:1, 6:2, 6:3.
A comparison to Revelation:
The order of release in Zechariah is: red, black, white and grisled
The order of release in Revelation is: white, red, black and grisled.
The first 3 horses are in different order, with some differences in circumstances, but also similarities.
If' history will repeat itself as Ecclesiastes 1:9 tells us, or show a similar pattern, in scripture; there are no meaningless details.
There is a "reason" for Shevat 24, and the reference to the 8th Hebrew month. If true, there will be a warning "first" in the month Chesvan, which the 1st day of Cheshvan is October 10, 2018, OR after the "Fall Feasts," NOT DURING THEM.
Then if' true there will be another event about 3 months later, in the month Shevat, which is February, indicating the release of the horses.
As Daniel's story of the angel who came to deliver answer to his prayer, had to battle against "the prince of Persia", it is possible, this "leader" as represented by Darius, will be in his 2nd year of rule.
This can signify the "son of perdition."
Darius came to power when Belshazzar was deposed after the famous "writing on the Wall" incident. Belshazzar is the King of Babylon" before the advent of the Medes and Persians.
Are we seeing another change on power structure in the Medo-Persian empire?
before the horses are released? or is ISSL that power? Has the current King of Babylon (Iraq) been deposed? Iran" has invaded the unstable country Iraq now that America has pulled out.
The 4 horse release will be confirmed when we see War coming from the "mountains of brass" not another area.
Today Iran; if there is to be war with Israel, Iran will be the cause of it, because of America's nuclear deal with Iran.
