""Biblical Meaning of Genesis Chapter 22""
All Doves:
In my post on "Absence of Proof is Not Proof of Absence -10", I made reference to Genesis 22. I stated that it is a Tavh or Tav chapter.
In the Hebrew alphabet there are 22 basic letters, 'Tavh' or 'Tav' being the last letter of the Hebrew alphabet. The primary meaning of the 'Tavh' is "Truth and Perfection - Jesus Christ". Now if you even doubt this hidden aspect of the Bible then consider this:
The Bible as we have in the KJV Bible, contains an internal structure.
This is not clear or always evident in the English text. It is still
evident in the 119th Psalm found in the KJV, which is laid out in
8-verse stanzas that correlate with the 22 Hebrew letters of the Hebrew
alphabet. In fact, all modern translations eliminated the key that was
in the KJV Bible, where each 8-verse stanza is headed by the
corresponding Hebrew letter. This is another one of those little things
that discredit modern versions of the Bible. Remember, what Revelation
22:18-19 states about adding or taking away from the Bible. It is an
example of where so-called scholars deleted a very basic key to the
Hebrew text.
The Bible is made up of 66 books, 1,189 chapters, or 31,102 verses.
++ Genesis to Revelation (66 books) follow the pattern of the Hebrew alphabet (1-22 - but repeated 3X times for all 66 books).
++ Genesis contains 50 chapters, which repeats the above cycle (1-22, and then 23-50), repeating the appropriate corresponding Hebrew letter.
++ Genesis chapter 1, contains 31 verses, which repeats the above cycle
(1-22, and then 23-31) repeting the appropriate Hebrew letter.
Are you aware that there are twenty-two books of the Bible that contains a chapter twenty-two? In every 22nd chapter, the overall "theme" will be "Truth and Perfection" related or associated to Jesus Christ.
The following books of the Bible contain a chapter 22:
Genesis
Exodus
Leviticus
Numbers
Deuteronomy
Joshua
1st Samuel
2nd Samuel
1st Kings
2nd Kings
1st Chronicles
2nd Chronicles
Job
Psalms
Proverbs
Isaiah
Jeremiah
Ezra
Matthew
Luke
Acts
Revelation
A total of 22 books
If you want to study this for yourself, take any of the books listed
here with a twenty-second chapter and examine the English text. In a
few cases it may not be as obvious because of our English translation,
but overall, you will discover that any chapter 22 of the Bible will
contain a 'Tahv' or 'Tav' theme of "Truth and Perfection associated with Jesus Christ".
The Bible confirms this relationship. It is not coincidental, that there are twenty-two chapter 22's in the Bible, and everyone points to Jesus Christ as the "Redeemer" who came to save us through His death on the cross.
While many chapters in the Bible are indirectly related to Jesus, if you
examine closely, you will find the meaning of the Hebrew letter
associated with all chapter 22's. Pay special attention to Genesis 22,
Leviticus 22, Numbers 22, Psalm 22, Isaiah 22, Ezekiel 22, Luke 22, and
Revelation 22.
I might add that someone posted on Five Doves many months ago, having
spotting the fact that a similarity existed between all chapter/verses
contained of 3:16. I don't recall how long ago or who it was
that posted this observation. At the time, I wanted to reply but
forgot, among my many activities.
This is also true of all chapter/verses for 9:11 as well. I have previously noted that the KJV Bible is mathematically 98.2%
correct according to computer analysis. The remaining 1.8% does not
affect the larger corpus text, nor does it alter its message. It is
simply an human copy issue. Because few Bible students are fluent in
Hebrew or Greek, all of this is beyond the scope and understanding of
those studying the Bible. One, in order to discover this observation,
would have to be able to translate Hebrew or Greek. As I have
illustrated in my posts on "Nuancing the Hebrew", one has to have
some depth of the language. The Greek is very much similar, where the
Greek word may have multiple meanings, such as the word "love" which in
Greek has five words to choose from.
In the above notation about 9:11, beside the fact that is the number we dial in the event of an emergency, it is the birthday of Jesus of Nazareth, 9:11, 3 BC. The date of 9:11, 3 BC was the date of Rosh HaShanah or the Feast of Trumpets.
I will never forget that date of September 11, 2001, but for other
reasons than just the attack on the World Trade Center and the
Pentagon. I was at my computer preparing notes for a message that I
was supposed to deliver that evening when it struck me jarring my memory
that they chose the Lord's birthday to attack the WTC and the
Pentagon. I will identify "they" by simply identifying "their" god,
Lucifer!
I will share more about the Divine DNA of the Bible.
Have a blessed week,
May you sense the presence of God in your life this week,
