With Obama as President, ISIS already has it's flag flying over
the White House. Obama spent US taxpayers money training &
equipping ISIS to fight a regime change operation in Syria.

Could it be this statement was made by ISIS to buy more
time for Obama to do even more damage to the United States
military and this countries reputation abroad?
