"1997 & the Last Days"

Readers -

In 1997, the God had a special visitation in store for me, and the basic account of that is found here:

Checking Strong's 1997 Greek and Hebrew over the years, somehow I didn't seem to get the connection.

Strong's 1997 Hebrew = Hamonah. Used only once in this verse:

Ezekiel 39:16
"And also the name of the city shall be Hamonah. Thus shall they cleanse the land."

When Gog comes down towards Israel, he is destroyed and finally the multitude called Gog is buried, and the city there is called Hamonah (multitude).

Strong's Greek 1997 =
episunagoge, meaning "gathering together". Appears in two verses - this is the first:

2 Thessalonians 2:1
"Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him," ...

What I finally put together was that these two verse are both serious and notable End Time verses! I must be blind.

It begs the question, does the Ezekiel 38-39 battle and the defeat and burial of Gog take place close to, or at, the time of the "gathering  together" i.e. the Rapture?

... and can you count to it from some point in 1997?

Jesus is Lord.
