Dorcas is raised from the dead in Acts 9:40: "But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up." That word "prayed" is the tenth word in the verse and has an in-text value of 1289. 1289 is a prime number. In this verse, 1289 is the value of the tenth word. Ten is a number of a complete set, like ten fingers, ten toes, Ten Commandments, ten Patriarchs in Genesis 5, etc. In Isaiah 17:1, a famous prophetic verse, Damascus is destroyed: "The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap" The running gematria total from word one through word four = 1289. That fourth word is the second instance of the city name "Damascus". Due the presence of the 1289 number in Acts 9:40 (that 1289 valued word is "prayed"), I theorize that the Resurrection of the saints who have fallen asleep in Jesus (1 Thessalonians 4:16) and the future destruction of Damascus occur at the same time. 1289 appears to be a prophetic number. Checking Strong's 1289 Hebrew shows that it appears five times, and only in the prophetic book of Daniel. (If it were to appear in other OT books as well as Daniel, then I wouldn't be inclined to think that, unless the verses seem tied to together) it is ONLY in Daniel. All of the uses of Strong's 1289h (meaning to bless or kneel in prayer) are tied to someone blessing God for a vision of the future interpreted correctly or a miraculous happening - except for the last verse which has Daniel kneeling (1289h) in front of his window and praying - not unlike Peter who kneeled and prayed in Acts 9:40 and a miracle occurred. Actually Daniel praying in that verse is immediately prior to him being thrown in the lions den, another miracle. Daniel is a Prophecy book. period. It is about miraculous dreams and visions of the future. 1289 is a prophetic number. 1289, in my opinion, appears also to be a nuclear number. It is the 210th prime number. 210 is the isotope number of the Polonium (Element 84) used to murder Alexander Litveninko who died 11.23.06, an event the Lord had me looking for two years prior. Polonium was used in conjunction with Beryllium as an initiator inside the atomic bombs dropped on Japan that finally ended WW2. My opinion is that Damascus will be destroyed my a nuclear weapon - but that's only a theory. We know from 9-11 number analysis that 109 is a destruction number. The total gematria value of Isaiah 17:1 = 2616 2616 = 109 x 24 The verse placement number of Isaiah 17:1 = 17985 17985 = 109 x 165 This is the only instance of this that I have ever seen; where the verse placement number and the total verse value have the same base prime number. I think this is the "truth is established by two witnesses concept" in action. I also think that may be why Damascus is mentioned twice in the same verse regarding it's destruction. In like fashion, Strong's number 109 Greek has a value of 109. This is the only instance of that also that I ever saw, where the Strong's number and it's gematria are the same number. Strong's 109 Greek is the word "air" from this famous verse: 1 Thessalonians 4:17 "Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air (109g): and so shall we ever be with the Lord." So the 109 number isn't all bad. : ) Damascus is under attack but has not been destroyed. I envision a scenario where it would be, by atomic means, because no option was left and too strong an enemy was too close. There's probably a numeric tie between Isaiah 17:1, Acts 9:40 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, if all this conjecturing is actually true. Jesus is Lord.
