We have all read of Homeland Security buying up all that ammunition.
 
A gun-owner/friend told me why.....and It makes all the sense in the world.
 
 
Why?
 
Because, since Obama didn't get what he wanted on GUN control.......
 
By having Homeland Security buy up ALL the ammunition out there......it's an END RUN around NOT getting gun controls in place.
 
DUH.....makes sense to me!!
