Remember Comet Elenin last year? On Oct 17 it came closest to the Earth. This was my wife's birthday. Like a special present from the Heavens!
 
This year we have Comet Ison and it will apparently be its brightest on Nov 29th, my birthday!  But it is also the day in 1947 when the UN voted Israel into existence.
