I had no idea that those articles had so much scientific misinformation. I honestly wish that there was more people like you who knows about these scientific things, getting the truth out there, so someone like me, who is searching for that truth, could find it.
 
You are so right, there is so very much misinformation out there, especially from the sources you mentioned, and I should have been more diligent in finding out where the authors, of the articles I included, found out their information.
 
I guess in my zeal to confirm what was placed on my heart, I fell victim to others zeal to prove their points. Actually, I should have just stuck with the information about the meaning of the discoverers names and the place it was discovered, which was what I found to be the most interesting. As for using Bible quotes that say Revelations, instead of Revelation, that was the author of the article, not me, and I did not even notice that until you pointed it out.
 
I can assure you that I have nothing to do with, or in any way support the New Age thinking, or anyone remotely connected to it. In fact, the only times I include such information is to expose how twisted the world is by showing what they think is the truth. As far as these articles are concerned, I did say, right up front, that they were not written by Bible scholars, and that I had to dig pretty deep to find any information at all.
 
I actually saw a news broadcast that talked about the hole in the sun, and I think it was on CNN, where they had a special guest speaker, an expert on the sun's corona, explain what was happening and what it meant. Not being a scientist, when I read a similar thing in one of those articles, I had no idea it was not true. Just goes to show that we cannot trust any form of information but the Holy Bible and maybe some born again Christian experts in the scientific field, but they seem to be few and far between.
 
I did entitle my post with a question, (IS COMET ISON WORMWOOD?) and was definitely not trying to say for sure that ISON is Wormwood, but those articles may have been totally sold on the idea it was. I am sorry if you were offended by the sources I used and it certainly was not my intention to put misinformation out there. In that regard, thank you for calling me on that, as I will certainly be more careful, and will stick to only the information that can be proved correct. Although in these evil end times that is almost an oxymoron!
 
Thank you for the prayers, although I in no way fear any of the things you mentioned and do read my Bible daily and focus on the truth and the peace that only can be obtained by putting all my trust in the Lord. Just yesterday I read Psalms 119 several times just to let it sink into my heart.
 
What is rather frightening to me is to see how new age concepts are entering into the Christian Church, as well as Christian web sites, and how many people are being blinded by them. It is so dangerous to not know the Holy Bible, because so much wool is being pulled over people's eyes by leaders in the Church combining Scripture with pagan beliefs. I think it is important to know what pagan beliefs are being mixed in, in order to have the discernment to see what is happening.
 
In my effort to expose these dangers, of mixed doctrine, I have somehow been accused of supporting instead of warning and exposing. I best just give up, and stick with my basic Bible studies and write my own articles to support what I am saying. I guess that is the best and safest way to make sure I am not adding to something that I am trying to take away from!!
 
I appreciate the kind things you did say, amid the dressing down, that you did see and appreciate my zeal for the Lord...amen! And also, the fact that the meanings of the names associated with ISON were interesting and had some merit.
 
I hope that in the future, you who does understand the scientific information, will debunk as many of these fantastic, fear mongering, stories that you can. You are a valuable tool in the Lord's toolbox, and we are blessed to have you as a watchman. I also hope that you will never have another reason to address misinformation from me.
