Was anybody else particularly moved in the spirit by this phrase "In An Abundance Of Caution" which was repeated over and over on the tv I happened to see before these "3 days of darkness" of the U.S. embassies for Bo's birthday?

I wonder if the gematria of this phrase points to something?
