Due to an obscure city ordinance, a couple of charity groups and churches were threatened with arrest here in Raleigh because of, of all things, distributing FREE FOOD to the homeless...(I am not making his up!).......in an unrelated story, you can still FREELY feed the squirrels and ducks at nearby parks......
