"Surprisingly Few Are
Looking For A Rosh Hashanah Rapture"
Hi everybody,
It seems rather incredible to me that the number one main watch
date of the year for the rapture will be upon us in a few days
and there are so few that are expecting it. The
non-believers certainly aren't looking for a rapture on Rosh
Hashanah, or any other date for that matter. Of course,
that is to be expected. They are, by definition,
non-believers. What I find really surprising is that so
many true Christian believers respond in an almost hostile
manner whenever I mention the imminence of the rapture.
They are quick to snap back at me with "nobody can know the day
or the hour." Actually, I would argue with them if I
thought any good would come of it. Revelation 3:3
certainly seems to suggest that we have been commanded by our
Lord to watch and if we fail to follow this command the rapture
will come upon us as unexpectedly as a thief in the night and we
will not know the day or hour (because we were not
watching). There are also many who are watching on the
wall at this very moment that do not believe the rapture will
happen any time soon.
Where is it written in scripture that looking for the day, or
even the season, is a shameful thing? I can't find that
chapter or verse anywhere. However, I can find plenty of
places where we are commanded to "watch." Are we commanded
to watch for something that cannot be seen?
Not only are we commanded to watch, we are also told that as
watchers we have an obligation to sound the alarm, lest the
blood of those taken unaware be on our head and our hands.
OK. The world has never been closer to the rapture and the
conditions that signal the end of the Age of Grace as it is
right now. Jesus said that He was coming back at a time
when no man knows the day or the hour. The Jewish feast
which the Jews refer to as "The feast that nobody knows the day
or hour" is just a few days away. Maybe we should believe
what Jesus quite literally said.
There. I have sounded the alarm and have posted it here on
the internet for all to read. I truly believe that the
rapture could very well happen this Rosh Hashanah. My
conscience is now clear.
Of course, I have been wrong about various things in the
past. Just ask my wife.
