Gerlinda- you were on the right track in what I've been led to. BHO can't produce a legitimate birth certificate- because there isn't one- or it's followed by a death certificate.
Many have noted the odd scar on his head- I think the head wound has already occurred.
It says was and is and is not- then is again leading me to believe the AC has experienced death but is back now. There are no college records, not a single classmate remembers him- it would be so easy to produce the proper birth certificate - if there was one.
I believe Barry died and is now BHO. Whether an illuminati puppet or what- but I know the mystery of his being the AC is tied in with - no birth certificate AND a stolen social security number- no SS number as he's not "real".

I know it sounds fruity loops but this has been put in my heart and head.
