Below is just my thought today.
 
I was just wondering aloud whether the River Thames that seems to be an important point of reference at the London Olympics could have been used deliberately to parallel the river mentioned in Daniel 12 (see the scriptures below).
 
Dan 12:5  Then I Daniel looked, and, behold, there stood other two, the one on this side of the bank of the river, and the other on that side of the bank of the river.

Dan 12:6  And one said to the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, How long shall it be to the end of these wonders?

Dan 12:7  And I heard the man clothed in linen, which was upon the waters of the river, when he held up his right hand and his left hand unto heaven, and sware by him that liveth for ever that it shall be for a time, times, and an half; and when he shall have accomplished to scatter the power of the holy people, all these things shall be finished. Note that it seems whoever is behind the London Olympics choose the dates 27 July – 12 August 2012. However, some Olympic related games (e.g. football) started earlier than the 27 July, was the choice of these dates just a coincidence or there is something behind the dates? From 27/07/2012 to 12/08/2012 we have 17 days.

God bless all of you and while you wait for the Lord’s coming, please remember that we have a better covenant than the one that enabled Moses to be such a well-known figure in the Bible. Moses’ covenant was dependent on blood of animals but ours depends on the Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ [Heb  8-10].
