Jeanie sorry to hear about ur situation. I did say a prayer. Ur stepmom needs to file for an appeal for disability. My mother In law was denied and she fought it with and appeal and she was granted her disability. Also when I got out of the service I filed for unemployment. He can't be on terminal leave or anything but even retired military can still file for unemployment to hold them for awhile until they find a job. He must file in the state that was his last assignment or he will be denied. But this is all the advice I have only because I went through the same thing myself. God answered my prayers it took one month but God send the unemployment money on the day all my bills were due! Praise God! I cried to him and i was scared but he was there. I hope this helps!
