Thank you, JDSiegel, I very much appreciate your response to my post.  How exciting to be living in Israel in these prophetic times.  

 

Every now and then, I will get into a discussion with people I call "liberal" Christians.  They all believe the same thing:  Israel is an "occupier," Islam is a peaceful religion, all roads lead to heaven, there is no hell, many are universalists, homosexuality is an alternate lifestyle, plus what I always find surprising...many don't believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God.  No surprise!

 

But here's what I believe and I know you'll agree...came from a pretrib website:  "It is my firm belief that a fair reading of the New Testament, together with a commitment to Jesus as Messiah, Savior and Lord, far from leading to anti-Semitism, will lead to a love and respect for the Jewish people whether or not they believe in Christ. The Jews are God's chosen people, not for anything they have done, but because God keeps His Word. Christians are blessed to have been adopted or 'grafted into' the vine, which is Jesus Christ."

Deuteronomy 7:5-7
